We had dinner and breakfast but the food (from the buffet) was cold. I did mention it to the manager when he asked us about the food, but I did get the feeling that nothing will be done about that.

Excellent. We've been there 10 times and always appreciate it there.
Pros:

The breakfast was very satisfactory. We are vegans and Dion, the chef, went out of his way to ensure that we had enough to eat. Our waiter Mathews was obliging and understanding.

Cons:

Vegan options should be more readily available at all times. A light above the bath was defective. Apart from that, special appreciation to Dion and Mathews as well as to the really friendly staff throughoutl.
