Pros:

Отличное и недорогое место для транзитной остановки. Шума с дороги не слышно. Парковка прямо возле здания, возле входа. Есть ресторан в котором можно покушать до 22:00. Если что-то нужно позже, то круглосуточный магазинчик на заправке, которая расположена прямо рядом.
