Pros:

Schon im Vorfeld war der Kontakt sehr aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar eher ungewöhnlich, aber sehr praktisch. Vor allem die Parkplätze vor dem Hotel sind toll. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, teilweise sogar mit Balkon. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen!

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Zweckmäßiges, kleines Hotel mit supernettem Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in wenig interessanter Umgebung an einer recht stark befahrenen Straße (trotzdem waren unser straßenabgewandtes Zimmer angenehm leise). Das Hotel ist (ein Auto vorausgesetzt) ein guter Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch der Burg Hohenzollern. Man erhält kostenlos eine Gästekarte, die zum kostenlosen Besuch vieler interessanter Sehenswürdigkeiten berechtigt (Ausnahme: leider nicht für die Burg Hohenzollern). Das Parken gestaltet sich angenehm und unkompliziert auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz direkt am Gebäude. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist die unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Dame am Empfang und beim Frühstück (vielen Dank!). Das sehr gute, kalte und warme Frühstück auf kleinstem Raum war zwar einfach, aber überraschend vielfältig und komplett und schlägt locker so manches mehrsternige Hotel.

Cons:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer wenig charmanten bzw. interessanten unmittelbaren Umgebung. Obwohl die Zimmer grundsätzlich sehr sauber waren, muss leider angemerkt werden, dass das WC bei der Anreise nur mangelhaft gereinigt war.

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und auch während unseres Aufenthaltes behandelt. Unser 10-jähriger Enkel konnte gratis in einem dem Zimmer angeschlossenen Extrazimmer schlafen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und ansprechend angerichtet.
