Would 100% return to this hotel if I'm ever back in Chefchaouen

Excellent!!! The air conditioning was a godsend, the facilities were clean, the bed was comfy, the towels were nice. The staff were also so so sweet and accommodating - they let me leave my luggage behind the desk while I explored the next day, and then when I felt sick, I had to come back to the hotel to rest. Even though I had already checked out and paid, they let me sit in the reception and rest, which they really didn't have to do, and everyone was so nice and helpful.

Il riad è carino e accogliente con una bellissima area accoglienza. La ragazza che ci ha accolto ci ha fatto vedere anche due camere e abbiamo scelto quella che abbiamo preferito. A due passi dal centro ma consiglio di usare Google Maps perché ci si perde senza

Cons:

La camera è veramente piccolina e non c'è spazio per appoggiare i propri abiti. Ma per una notte va benissimo.

Предупреждала, что заселение будет в определённое время. На ресепшене никого не оказалось, на телефон не отвечали. Пришлось просить посторонних звать их громко по имени, они живут по соседству. С клиентоориентированностью у них проблемы.
