Pros:

Tolles Haus. Außergewöhnliche Zimmer.
Ein wunderbares historisches Gebäude, das genial gelegen ist.
Es gab sichere Parkplätze und ganz nettes Personal.

Cons:

Es war ein tolles Erlebnis, also fällt uns kein Punkt ein :-)

Pros:

El personal muy amable, pendiente de todo ,en todo momento.Nos ayudaron a la hora aparcar,al lado del hotel,y con las maletas hasta la puerta de la habitación.Esta muy bien situado , céntrico cerca de restaurantes,tiendas y a menos de 10 minutos andando al castillo.
Hay que tener en cuenta que todo el centro histórico es una pendiente.Pero aún así el hotel, está muy bien ubicado.
El desayuno muy bueno,salvo el café,pero teniendo en cuenta que no lo suelen poner en los hoteles,se agradece la intención de hacerlo ,aunque tengo que reconocer que no es su fuerte.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
The staff were lovely and hospitable and incredibly helpful navigating parking in the city. It was lovely to be steps from the old bazaar and to hear to call to prayer each day. Our room was absolutely stunning and an excellent way to be immersed in the history of the city. The view from breakfast and the food was excellent. Thank you!

Amazing! We have never met such hospitality, people are so nice and were doing everything to provide the best services
Breakfast was amazing, and very complete with eggs fruit petula juice homemade jam tomato Cucumber cheese etc.

Cons:

Nothing. Frankly everyone was amazing and everything was perfect
