Facilitatile asigurate oaspetilor-la piscina -sezlonguri suficiente, cu umbrele si masute, mancare foarte buna, diversificata, fructe din belsug, dulciuri si bauturi- deasemenea, restaurant modern, loc de luat masa atat in interior cat si la exterior , intr.o zona tip padurice, personal amabil, parcarea mare, spatii verzi amenajate foarte frumos.
Pe partea pe care era camera noastra, era muntele- o bucurie- se auzeau ciripituri, terapie curata!
Raport calitate pret- excelent!

Pros:

Breakfast was decent, and the location was convenient. We chose this hotel because it was close to the venue where we were attending an event. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and there are also several supermarkets nearby. The view from our room overlooked the parking area and the road, so it was not particularly impressive. However, despite this, there was very little noise, and we had no unpleasant experiences or disturbances during the night.

Cons:

Our stay was disappointing from the very beginning. While travelling to the hotel, we called to ask whether we could leave our luggage and possibly check in early if the room was ready, as we were in a hurry to attend a wedding. We were told, in a very matter-of-fact manner, that this was impossible and that we could only check in after the official check-in time.

Upon arrival, we had to wait for someone to open the parking barrier and then wait again at reception, where the check-in process was extremely slow and inefficient. We were also charged for parking, despite it being advertised as free when we made the reservation.

The room itself had numerous problems. The iron we were given was faulty and leaked water everywhere, almost ruining our clothes. The towels had a very unpleasant smell, the air-conditioning control was broken and only worked at one extremely cold setting, and the balcony door handle kept falling off. There was also only one electrical outlet in the entire room, located in a very inconvenient corner.

The service was equally disappointing. On the second morning, we asked the cleaning staff for two fresh towels, only to be told rather rudely that there were none available. Shortly afterwards, someone knocked on our door to clean the room, despite the only thing we actually needed being fresh towels—which were still unavailable.

Overall, the hotel gave the impression that everything was slowly falling apart and was only being temporarily patched up enough to continue functioning. Considering the quality, service, and overall atmosphere, paying €90 per night including parking was, to put it mildly, absurd and unacceptable.

I cannot recommend staying there. The breakfast was okay, and some members of the foreign staff were pleasant, but these positives were not enough to compensate for the many problems we experienced. Overall, it was a disappointing stay with poor service, inadequate maintenance, and facilities that did not justify the price.

Wir waren zufrieden.
Pros:

Wir waren nun schon zum vierten Mal in den letzten vier Jahren dort. Es ist deutlich zu erkennen, dass das Hotel modernisiert wird und sich alles verbessert, bis auf das Reinigungspersonal im fünften Stock. Schlecht oder gar nicht gereinigte Zimmer trüben den insgesamt positiven Eindruck, was sehr schade ist.

Pros:

The room matches the price point; the pastries are excellent and the selection changes daily, while the food is plentiful, very good, and varied every day. There is a large, sunny pool, though it is only open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM... The beach is about a 9-10 minute walk away. It was a wonderful experience!

Cons:

The rooms, specifically the old furniture that ought to be replaced, need an update, with that done… it would truly be a 4-star hotel. I recommend this hotel!
