öszeségében meg voltunk elégedve és szivesen vissza térünk máskor is.
Pros:

A reggeli böséges völt és elég változatos.

Cons:

Nehezen lehetett meg közeliteni. Szerencsére küldtek a szállodábol itinert.

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, wir waren eine Gruppe aus 9 Personen. Hatten insgesamt drei Zimmer. Das Frühstück war absolut fantastisch, sehr lecker, reichlich und jeden Tag wechselnd. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich, die Betten sehr gemütlich für uns alle, da wir härtere Matratzen mögen. Der Ausblick war Mega, man schaut direkt erhöht über Karlsbad, sehr schön.

Pros:

Hezká poloha hotelu. Velká pochvala patří personálu restaurace a kuchyni, obsluha byla velmi příjemná a jídlo opravdu dobré.

Cons:

Po nepříjemnosti s platbou nám byla přislíbena určitá kompenzace a vstřícný přístup. Ve výsledku ale hotel následně spíše vysvětloval, že z jeho strany bylo vše v pořádku a že udělal maximum.
Za velmi nešťastnou považuji také komunikaci kolem taxi. Hotel ve své odpovědi uvedl, že pro hosta objednal taxi na nádraží, což působilo jako gesto vstřícnosti. Ve skutečnosti si host taxi pouze vyžádal na recepci a následně si ho sám zaplatil. Taková formulace podle mě vytváří lepší dojem, než jaká byla skutečnost.
Navíc po příjezdu přestal fungovat výtah a do odjezdu nebyl zprovozněn.

Alles im allem, war es ein guter Aufenthalt, mit gutem Personal

Hallo, ich hatte schon eine Bewerbung geschrieben. Also noch einmal. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen , unsere Wünsche wurden voll erfüllt. Sehr gutes Frühstück,

Cons:

Es war ein bisschen schade das der Fahrstuhl außer Betrieb war, da ich gehbehindert durch eine Hüft Operation war. Abendessen in einem anderen Restaurant, was ein bisschen schwierig war es zu finden

Läget var väldigt bra, låg på höjden och erbjöd fin utsikt över staden.

Cons:

Sängarna var väldigt hårda, Wellness avdelningen var väldigt liten. En liten pool som var kall, det fanns tre olika bastu men endast en fungerade. Omklädningsrummen var under ombyggnad så inga möjligheter till dusch eller ombyte. Det var besvikelse och ej speciellt vänlig personal

Ősszel voltunk. Már a bejárat is különleges. Össze szedték a környék legcsodalatosabb személyzetét, az egyik legcsodálatosabb környezetben. A kilátás lenyűgöző. Az étel tökéletes, a szakács fenomenális. Innen is köszönök minden figyelmet, kedvességet.

Cons:

A bár kiszolgálás áll egy fiú volt, aki nagyon kedves de lassú, a csajok zsebre rakját azt a fiút talpra esettségben, gyorsasagban. A lift elromlott, ahogy megérkeztünk. Tartózkodási időnk alatt nem javították meg. A lift miatt nem adtam maximális pontszámot. De ezt leszámítva ősszel a legjobb választás ha különlegesre vágytok. Mindenből maximális pontot adtam volna, mert a fiú kedvessége tompította a lassúságát. Csak a lift miatt nem adok maximális pontszámot.

A bejáratnál egy kiülhetős terasz fogadott ami lélegzet elállító helyszínen van és panorámával. A hotel kialakítása, tervezése nagyon praktikus. A panoráma a hotel szobából ámulatos. A szakács munkája egy luxus szint. A személyzet figyelmes, és öröm volt velük lenni. Ősszel voltunk.

Cons:

A hotel szobában ősszel fantasztikus. Maximális pontszámot érdemelne a környezet a kiszolgálás, de a lift elromlott. Majd amíg ott tartózkodtunk nem javították meg. Ha ez nem lett volna mindenből maximális pontot adtam volna.

Podobała mi sie jedynie lokalizacja w samym centrum praktycznie.
Na jedna noc super ,idzie wytrztmac.

W pokoju nie było czysto kurz , pajęczyny. Obdrapana wanna no brzydko nie ma co. Ale na jedna noc sie zatrzymalismy wiec dla nas liczyła sie lokalizacja.

Nettes Personal, alles sauber, super Frühstück

Cons:

Wir sollten für 15 Euro an der engen Hauswand zwischen anderen Autos hintereinander parken und unseren Autoschlüssel abgeben. Da ja alle durch die enge Gasse wegfahren müssen wenn der erste weg will. Ging gar nicht! Es sind nur ein paar Parkplätze vorhanden, aber wir hatten extra einen vorher reserviert.

Nur zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön,man hat einen tollen Blick über ganz Karlsbad und kann sehr schön den Abend auf der Terrasse bei einem Gläschen ausklingen lassen. Allerdings ist der fußläufige Weg sehr anstrengend (steil bergauf).Auch mit dem Auto ist es etwas kompliziert.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett.
Das Mobiliar und das Bad ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen,aber es ist alles sauber.
Frühstück war gut.
