This hotel offers breathtaking views, excellent service, and a great breakfast, making it a wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

A cozy hotel right in the heart of the city with breathtaking panoramic views. Although the rooms are modest, they are warm and comfortable. The view from the windows is truly captivating, as the hotel is situated on a hillside overlooking the city. The breakfast was generous and of excellent quality. Special thanks to the staff—the receptionists were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We only wish we could have stayed longer than one night. We would definitely love to come back.

Cons:

If you’re arriving by car and aren’t used to driving on steep hills, it’s best to park at the top of the hill and walk down to the hotel, although this does make carrying luggage less convenient. The hotel also has a very limited number of parking spaces. The room layout can be a bit confusing at first, but it’s manageable once you find your way around.

Beste Aussicht auf Karlsbad
Pros:

Die Aussicht auf Karlsbad war herausragend. Danke für den Parkplatz, direkt neben dem Eingang. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, besonders die Dame an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück war gut, reichlich und wurde bis zum Schluss immer frisch aufgefüllt. Wer Eisbein mag, sollte es im Hotel unbedingt bestellen, großartig. Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist wunderbar. Die Kommunikation, vor Antritt der Reise, war freundlich und hilfreich.
Wir würden gern wieder kommen.

Cons:

Wir haben eine kleine Ablage, im Badezimmer vermisst. Der Anstieg zum Hotel ist für ältere Menschen beschwerlich, aber machbar.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und hatte einen schönen Ausblick.

Cons:

Unser Auto wurde immer wieder zugeparkt, so dass wir ständig auf irgendwen warten mussten, damit wir ein- oder ausparken konnten. Die Zimmer ließen sich nicht abdunkeln und der Spa-Bereich, naja. Es ist keiner. Eine Sauna von 3 Außer Betrieb und kein Ruheraum vorhanden. Lediglich ein kleiner Whirlpool. Dafür noch 15€ zu verlangen ist hart.
Der Preis des Hotels stimmt, wir würden jedoch das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel buchen.

Volt a szobában tea bekeszítés. Kár hogy kávé nem volt. Sajnos a második napon és utána sem pótolták az elfogyasztott teát.
