A total disaster!
Pros:

The only positive point of this hotel is its location. All the rest is a disaster!

Cons:

Despite a very expensive rate, the shower in the bathroom was not working, there was no warm water, and the windows in the room were opening on a blind corridor.
Last but not least, the owner - who didn't inform us of the shower and warm water unavailability - refused to discuss the topic. When we asked for a compensation he simply replied:" refused"

Prima verblijf voor een nachtje Knokke en dicht bij de kust.
Pros:

vriendelijke gastheer, complete kamer, goede locatie kort bij de kust.

Cons:

Gedateerd hotel, met name incheck / ontbijtruimte. Kamer is niet groot (maar alles is aanwezig en prima voor een nacht!)

Wat oubollig hotel en de ontbijtplek beneden was niet ons ding, niet gezellig, dus we zijn elders gaan ontbijten

Blij met mijn verblijf hier. Familiehotel, zeer netjes en goed onderhouden, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een beetje quirky interieur, maar daar hou ik wel van. Voelt als een hele fijne en aangename B&B... maar dan als hotel. Kamer was top, douche ook
