Staff are very polite and professional. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Outdoor pool was a real bonus and plenty of sun-beds available even in high season.
Good location, walking distance to Ars-en Ré and the beach.
Housekeeping needs attention. Tea & coffee not replenished during stay and no milk, fridge not working/turned on, air conditioning not very efficient.
Good location in Ars en re, they hade bike rentals
I would not recommend anyone to stay here - especially given the price. They say that they have AC but it didn’t work at all. I would guess our room was over 30 celsius when going to bed - it was horrible. The hotel and its facilities was also very worn out and the pool didn’t look okay to swim in - we took the bikes to the ocean instead.
