Pokój bardzo czysty, obsługa miła. Fajny pokój zabaw dla dzieci, położenie bardzo malownicze i to największy walor tego miejsca

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, świetny punkt wypadowy w góry. Blisko sklep, gdzie można zrobić zakupy. Spokojna okolica. Bardzo miła Pani Ratownik na basenie.

Bardzo ubogie śniadania, codziennie takie same. Obsługa w hotelu - bardzo markotna. Czuliśmy z Żoną dziwne spojrzenia, przez to że byliśmy z dzieckiem nad którym nie dokońca się da zapanować (14 msc). W pokoju nie bylo żelazka czy czajnika (choć czajnik dostlaiśmy po prośbie). Nie było żadnej wody czy herbaty i kawy. Obsługa powinna być znacznie uprzejmiejsza, aby komfort pobytu był większy. Byliśmy z dzieckiem, które okazało się że nie było uwzględnione (nie dostaliśmy dodatkowego ręcznika).

Udana regeneracja po wyczerpującym dniu w górach
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, cisza i przyjemna obsługa. W hotelu jest czysto i nie brakuje niczego do udanego wypoczynku. Czysty basen, sauna, pyszne śniadanie oraz smaczne posiłki.

Hotel s restaurací - za vsí. Parkování zdarma nahoře u vstupu do hotelu nebo před restaurací. Pokoj prostorný, s výhledem na hory, Restaurace dobře vaří. Snídaně bohatá. Bazén, vířivka, sauna. Zahrada.
Poloha- u silnice, umístění stavby je takové, že nevadí. Biedronka půl kilometru daleko. Do Karpacze nebo Jelení Hory dojezdový čas minimální.
