Nepoměr ceny a kvality
Pros:

Líbil se mi v podstatě jen personál. Recepční, paní na úklid a obsluha stolu (starší paní - byla velmi milá).

Cons:

Je toho hodně co zlepšovat. Cena neodpovídá kvalitě nabízených služeb.
1. Snídaně je nedostačující. Káva naprosto příšerná, změňte dodavatele kávy. Při příchodu v 9.15 již nebyla míchaná vejce a ani se nedoplňovalo nic ostatního. Nesnáším, když se mám honit na snídani, aby na mne něco zbylo. Výborná byla akorát tvarohová pomazánka. Zeleniny málo, masa málo, vejce nebyla.
2. Jídelní lístek nedostačující. Fancy jídla, ze kterých se dá těžko vybrat. Řecký salát byl bez olivového oleje, takže nespokojenost.
3. Opravte prasklá prkna na terase restaurace, více se starejte o zábradlí na terase (špinavé a plné pavučin), v prvním patře máte prasklé sklo na stole. V koupelně vyčistěte spáry mezi kachličkami a vyhoďte špatný a starý koš (pokoj 101). Natřete znovu schody do pater lakem, jsou ochozené. Podlaha je místy zvlněná, ale to bych přešla.
Hlavním problémem je vedoucí hotelu, která si čte na snídani knihy, místo toho, aby řídila chod hotelu. Její nezájem se promítá do stavu hotelu.

Kort, maar fantastisch verblijf in klassehotel.
Pros:

Gezellig, klassiek hotel gelegen temidden van prachtige natuur op 1,5 km van het pittoreske Karlstjen. Een hotel waar je je zeer welkom voelt; verzorgde, ruime standaardkamer. Het hotel heeft ook een geweldig terras. Er waren weinig gasten, vandaar dat het ontbijt aan tafel werd opgediend. Je kon kiezen tussen verschillende gerechten. We waren hier voor één nacht, maar hadden best langer willen blijven. Sterke aanrader.

Nice stay in a charming place
Pros:

Great location and very nice room. The hotel is 1,1 km away from the train station. It is a pleasant walk, passing by de zoo. You can easily park your car in front of the hotel.
