Pros:

Zimmer mit zwei Räumen und Sonnenaufgangsblick direkt am Meer super. Frühstück bestens´, reichlich und auf Terrasse am Meer. Lage ruhig doch am Rand von Allem und Jedem in Paläochora. Eigener kostenfreier Parkplatz vor dem Hotel optimal. Alle zwölf Tage lang keine einzige Wolke!

Fantastic location for a relaxing and peaceful stay
Pros:

Close to everything, car parking, great breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Everything was clean and very comfortable. There was a lovely restaurant just down the road and the beaches were only a 10 minute walk.

Very well located and quiet retreat, with excellent staff.
Pros:

Very attentive and courteous staff. Good breakfast. Good location, close to the center but very quiet. Common areas were very good, no luxury but quite tasteful.

Cons:

The room was somewhat dated. I would suggest to replace the wall decorative items (a bit depressing, in my view) with simple photos or reproductions of the Crete scenery, Also please change the sofa bed (very unconfortable), maybe foldable chairs and a table would make the living room much more useful. With a small investment you would turn your place into a true gem.

L'organizzazione dello staff impeccabile. Gentilissimi ed efficienti.
Ci hanno aiutato di sera a risolvere un problema con la successiva prenotazione di una struttura in un 'altra località e la mattina seguente il personale - che era cambiato - era aggiornato su tutto.

Nous avions réservé une chambre style suite vue mer .
Il s’avère que la chambre principale donnait sur un escalier… , donc nous n’avons pas ouvert les volet pendent tout notre séjour ! Sensation être enfermé !
La vue mer était sur la petite partie canapé, avec un balcon.
Quand nous sommes arrivés les serviettes de toilettes manquaient et il a fallu en réclamer tous les jours .
Le mini bar de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée… finalement le lendemain il avait été mis en marche .
