Location of the hotel was lovely just a little stroll to a beautiful beach. The bar and dining area was nice although the bar staff could be more engaging. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff were lovely. Receptionist was very friendly and informative. The room was cleaned and serviced very well every day.
Rooms were hot and stuffy. We had a room where the kitchen extraction fans were noisy so I couldn't open the windows in evening because they started up early and woke us up, although there was a fan it was noisy also. The room was crowded with furniture i bumped my side a couple of times on the chest of drawers as I got up in the night to use the bathroom. The carpet in the hallway to rooms 7 + 8 smelt musky. I will ask for a quieter room next time i visit. A incentive would be nice for example a 10% discount or a free bottle of wine if dining on the first night would be great for guests staying at the Hotel as it would encourage more people to dine with you.
Bar and Restaurant very good. Good menu choice, well presented food. Excellent Sunday Roast Dinner.
Breakfast Buffet good with a reasonable selection, cooked breakfasts a little variable from day to day.
Staff excellent, very polite and helpful.
Ensuite bathroom small, but adequate.

The WiFi is odd you have to re. Join every time instead of it remembering you a bit annoying but that’s all we had a lovely time
We were able to charge our car at the hotel which was so convenient.
Staff were all friendly and courteous. Food was very tasty and I notice that wherever possible, Welsh produce was used.
With hindsight the location of the hotel was not ideal for the places that we wanted to visit in Anglesey, which was my fault.

The heated towel rail in the bathroom didn't work.
There was a real problem for the last 2 nights of our stay. There was obviously someone staying in the room above our room, room number 6, on those 2 nights because the noise of VERY creaky floorboards whenever they walked about in that room during the night was horrendous and woke us up every time which was quite a few times each night. We reported this to the manager Declan . He commented that the building was quite old so the floorboards were too hence the creaking. He said it would be looked into and suggested a different room if we stayed there again. It definitely needs remedial work.

Great location with fantastic views over the Cemaes Bay with a short walk to the beach. Excellent restaurant at the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The shower was a little difficult to decipher, but staff leapt up the stairs to help!!
A drying room would have been helpful, although we discovered afterwards that there was somewhere we could have put wet clothes and swimwear.
Diners were seated a little close together in the glass area of the dining room, even though only half of the room was in use. Staff were friendly and helpful.
