Abbiamo alloggiato in questo albergo perché situato vicino ad un ristorante nel quale abbiamo festeggiato il matrimonio di amici. Struttura molto semplice, ma con stanze grandi, letto comodo. Colazione abbastanza variegata. Personale gentile, il proprietario è una persona disponibile ed educata

Absage 2 Stunden vor Bezug

Das Hotel hat uns über Booking 2 Stunden vor Ankuft mitgeteilt, dass es unsere seit Wochen gebuchten Zimmer wegen "Überbuchung" nicht zur Verfügung hat. Wir waren wandernd, also zu Fuß unterwegs. Da kann man nicht mal kurz eine Unterkunft 10 km weiter neu buchen. Der Vermieter hat uns dann eine "Alternative" angeboten. Das war leider nicht wirklich eine Alternative, sondern vermutlich eher eine Maßnahme um vertragsrechtlich irgendwie abgesichert zu sein.
