Mitten im sicher schönsten Teil der Stadt…wunderbar gelegen, wohlfühlen und in guter Erinnerung zum wiederkommen! Sehr

Perfekte Lage, umliegend viele Lokale & schöne Geschäfte

Cons:

Für uns war alles ok, für ältere Personen oder Personen mit Einschränkungen ist die steile Treppe durchaus eine Herausforderung und zu beachten.

Perfecte locatie en heerlijke bedden.
Pros:

Heerlijke bedden! Uitzicht op mooiste plein van Maastricht (we hadden comfortkamer 2), perfecte locatie en ramen die het geluid van buiten goed tegenhouden. Plus prima communicatie met vriendelijke eigenaren voor o.a. sleutelkluis.

Cons:

De badkamer verdient een upgrade.

Situation exceptionnelle et ambiance de charme au coeur du Vieux Maastricht.
Pros:

Situation exceptionnelle en plein centre du Vieux Maastricht, cadre très cosy et plein de charme au calme.
Staff super sympa et serviable.
Un vrai coup de coeur!

Cons:

Rien. Il faut juste être conscient qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et que l'escalier est pentu.
Mais le staff propose de monter les valises.

Heel fijn verblijf, alleen de vuilnisoohaaldiens om 6.30 in de ochtend was verschrikkelijk.
Pros:

De inrichting en de locatie.

Cons:

De toilet ril en strijkplank waren stuk, de handzeep was zo goed als op. De early check in was niet doorgekomen. Dat laatste is prima opgelost door de gastheer. Communicatie fout van Booking.con

De locatie is top!!!

Ik had de mail niet bij de hand (ivm oude gsm) waarin de gegevens stonden dus met 1 telefoontje was alles geregeld zonder probleem.
Het is nl zelf inchecken & daar had ik zelf compleet overheen gekeken.

Ik werd vriendelijk te woord gestaan & hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

Cons:

Pros:

Het hotel zit midden in het centrum, waardoor alles op loopafstand. Bedden waren goed.
Schone kamers.
Inchecken & uitchecken via kastjes waardoor niemand van het personeel gezien, was prima maar beetje onpersoonlijk. Ook in de ochtend niemand gezien maar was ook klein hotelletje. Genoeg ontbijt opties van leuke tentjes in de buurt.

Cons:

Airco was echt extreem slecht, er was lucht verplaatsing maar geen temperatuurs verschil.
Super gehorige kamers, er zijn 2-3 kamers per etage waardoor het in de ochtend best gehorig is.

Too expensive for what it is

Good location

Cons:

first of all too expensive and has nothing to do with a hotel. there is no one at the reception. there is no elevator and AC barely worked. they only have some air bnb rooms. there is no place to leave your luggage before check in or check out. i wrote them a message after i checked in to tell them that the liquid soap bottle in the bathroom was completely empty and they didn't even response. besides that you have to pay the city tax online yourself!
