Great location to stay if attending a concert at the Coop Live. About 30 minute walk, all on the flat.

This was perfect for the Co-op Live venue. The room was excellent for what we needed. The bathroom was a tad small but still met our needs. Victor the manager was great. Couldnt fault him and his helpfulness. We was able to park in the carpark the 1st night but couldnt on the second night. It was fine as there was on road parking on the side road. There was a fan in the room which was great. Outside noise from the road wasnt an issue either. Overall was a good stay.
The rooms could do with and iron and ironing board. Although you could get it from reception. But this had burnt on marks on it so wasnt ideal to use. Also a hairdryer would be great.

Road itself is busy, and room didn't have proper blind on the window.
Great location for the Ethiad about 25 minute walk away. Rooms well equipped and bed super comfy. Staff were very helpful would definitely stay again.

Ovviamente da fuori non si presenta bene e la camera è minimale .....ma va bene così per esigenze di 1/2 notti
We wanted some where close to the Take That show and this was just want we needed. The room was clean the guy on reception was very helpful and friendly.

Close to Etihad stadium. Car parking, although only accepted 5 or 6 cars.
No chairs to sit on in room. Kettle had water left in. Bed had gap at top that couldn’t be resolved by pushing mattress up. Very noisy with people talking in corridor. People ringing doorbell late at night as they had forgotten keys and no-one on reception to deal with it. Only 4 tea bags and one sachet of sugar - no-one in reception to ask for more.

Staff were welcoming on arrival and told you all information needed for a pleasant stay. Room was in good, clean condition. Great for a night to see a concert.
