Victor at the front desk was very helpful. It's also great to be able to park in a gated area.
The carpets smell a little and the walls are extremely paper thin.
nice accommodation, near the public bus station. Attended a concert and arrived safely, no issues in the area. Staff was kind and welcoming. Tea & coffee available in room. No fuss. Highly recommended!

The location and the surrounding area was really nice
I love everything about the property. It was really clean and the manager was very nice and friendly
The staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The tv was good. The shower was okay.
The toilet was a struggle. My partner struggled to sit on it with being tall as there was not enough room as it was right in between the shower and radiator.

Outside the property can be deceptive as to what is inside. My Mrs and I were there for a night during our visit to Manchester. The room was very clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I'd slept on in recent years.. There was a complimentary tea/coffee facility in the room.
Could do better with a better iron. 😊. Mrs dress almost got burnt.
