Pros:

I have stayed here twice now and its incredibly convenient for attending the co-op arena.
Ita good value, clean, staff are friendly and polite.

Perfect location for coop live /football
Pros:

The location. There is a Chinese restaurant just minutes away and a bus stop that took us to the coop live which was the reason we stayed there. It was even an ok walk back from the coop live (we walked along the main roads) which was probably quicker than waiting for a taxi.
Nice and easy to get access and there was a secure car park that we could use. Though I'm not sure how many cars would fit if the suites were full.

Cons:

There was a string smell of fish in the bathroom which wasn't very nice, although I didn't complain as we were only there for 1 night.
The front door has a squeak and we could hear it everytime some one came in/out which was a little annoying during the night.

Pros:

Very affordable and secure parking(although first come first served). Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The overall appearance is good but could do with some attention to detail in the room. Unfinished bathroom trims/cracked tiles. Discoloured paint.

Pros:

Perfect if like us you just need somewhere to get your head down after a gig/show at the Etihad/Co-op Live (about 20 mins walk), bed was comfy and brew making facilities a bonus. We'll definitely be staying there again.

Cons:

Not really anything not to like, the room was basic but did the job. Our only criticism would be that maybe the room could do with a lick of paint BUT don't let that discourage you it was still a clean comfy room.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY AT VERY REASONABLE COST.

RIGHT BESIDE THE BUS STOPS AND ONLY 10 MINS TO CITY.

Cons:

LIMITED SHOPS NEARBY. DOMINOS AND POLISH SHOP BUT NO BARS.

Could do with hooks for towels on bathroom door as no were to put towels
.plus a shelf above sink and 1 inder morror in room 102 ... but otherwise fantasic .. shame no local eatin places within walking distance but i booked 10 rooms all my guests v happy with hotel and private secure parking we will be back v soon
