Pros:

Хорошее расположение, отель старый, атмосферный, все необходимое в номере было, WiFi работал хорошо. Парковка напротив отеля платная, но нам обещали что для гостей отеля бесплатно, посмторим.

Cons:

Кое где уже нужно делать ремонт.

Very disappointing experience and customer service.

Nothing. Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with this property.

Cons:

Very poor handling of my reservation and extremely disappointing customer service. My reservation had a cancellation policy allowing cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival with a 50% cancellation fee. Due to the national railway strike in Italy, my train was cancelled and I informed the property through Booking.com before my arrival, explaining that I could not reach the hotel and requesting cancellation. Despite being notified in advance and having a cancellation policy in place, the property did not cancel the reservation and instead marked it as a no-show and charged 100% of the booking. I contacted the property again requesting the 50% refund according to their own cancellation policy, but received no response.

Die Lage war das einzige das dieses Hotel zu bieten hat.

Cons:

Schmutzig, unfreundlich, desolat. Einrichtung sieht aus wie vom Sperrmüll und fällt auseinander. Keinerlei Schallschutz. Bei der Eingangstüre kann man unter der Türe auf den Gang hinaussehen. WC verdreckt und funktioniert nur sporadisch. Badezimmer ebenso desolat. Abgeplatze Fliesen, brökelnder Verputz. Eines der schlimmsten Hotels in denen ich war. Eine Frechheit für 120 pro Nacht. Ganz klar KEINE EMPFEHLUNG

Esperienza positiva
Pros:

L'albergo è semplice e un po' anni 70, ma perfetto per chi vuole trascorrere un soggiorno in comodità e senza troppe pretese. La posizione centrale, con un parcheggio avanti convenzionato con l'hotel e quindi gratuito per noi ospiti, permette di spostarsi anche a piedi se si vuole restare a Portoferraio, altrimenti ci si sposta con qualsiasi mezzo senza problemi. È vicino (10 Min di auto) ad alcune delle spiagge più belle della zona e altrettanto vicino ai punti d'imbarco.
La stanza è pulita e con aria condizionata. Il personale disponibile e gentile.

Cons:

L'unico aspetto che ci ha creato qualche problema (ma che non dipende dalla volontà dell'hotel) è il non poter raggiungere il parcheggio con comodità dopo le 19.30 poiché la strada principale per arrivare avanti all'hotel viene chiusa al traffico e diventa pedonale (ZTL). Il personale dell'hotel, al momento dell'arrivo, ci ha cmq indicato una strada alternativa ma non proprio comoda e quindi abbiamo preferito evitare, a meno che si è disposti a parcheggiare fuori in altre aree più lontane dall'hotel ma, la maggior parte, a pagamento.

Esperienza immersiva nel cuore di Portoferraio
Pros:

Personale squisito e sempre disponibile, struttura datata ma pulita e con tutti i servizi, ottima per un breve soggiorno (da soli o al Max in coppia), posizionata nel centro storico a due passi da : mare , punti panoramici (forte stella, forte Falcone , villa dei mulini) e passeggiata sul porto.

Cons:

Premetto di aver prenotato con pochissimi giorni di anticipo...Nonostante il prezzo fosse il più basso in zona, per i servizi offerti (difficoltà per l'assenza di un filo su cui stendere i panni ad asciugare - la doccia in bagno veramente piccola - colazione non inclusa e ben pagato per aggiungerla ) potrebbe essere considerato un prezzo troppo alto.

Soggiorno comodo nel cuore di Portoferraio
Pros:

Il fattore vincente è la posizione, al centro della cittadina, per chi vuole, oltre andare al mare, visitare il luogo, avere tutti i locali e i negozi a portata di mano e godersi passeggiate e spettacoli la sera. Per il resto la struttura è vecchiotta, non molto curata negli arredi e nei servizi. Letto comunque comodo. Personale disponibile, ma quasi per dovere. Peccato perché gli spazi ci sono e con qualche ristrutturazione guadagnerebbe tantissimo.

Cons:

Arredi da svecchiare, da migliorare la colazione, abbondante ma senza grande scelta e ripetitiva.

Pros:

Asukoht Portoferraio vanas linnasüdames on suurepärane ja personal ülimalt vastutulelik ning sõbralik. Peale kuuma (tõesti 40 kraadi) rannapäeva oli ülimõnus tulla konditsioneeritud tuppa. Vooditel on suurepärased madratsid.

Cons:

Piisaks vähesest, et muuta sisekujundust natukene hubasemaks.
