Pros:

The room was clean, but very small.
The location was close to where we needed to be.

Cons:

The room was very noisy with gushing water noises throughout the night (some sort of drain?) the walls were so thin we could hear people talking until late in the night and early the next morning.

Fabulous 2 night break meeting up with some of the wedding party

Lovely setting, gardens were fab to sit in and enjoy our drinks .

Lovely traditional small hotel with great views, and super-friendly staff.
Pros:

Staff were super-friendly and helpful. We traveled with bicycles and the staff were very helpful in storing them safely. The hotel is an old country residence with stunning views from the terraces. The room was spacious and comfortable. We didn't try the food but saw many people eating and it looked very good.

Cons:

The location is great for peacefulness and views, but it is a mile or so out of town, up a steep hill on quite a busy road, so not that easy to cycle up to it.

Pros:

location, outside seating and bar areas. Beer also very good.

Booked a mid sized room - probably should have tried for a bigger room with a bigger bed.
