Very dissapointing
Pros:

The food was amazing and the hotel was in a great location

Cons:

The young members of staff were very poor, they short measured my drinks overcharged me and one even poured coffee over my coat, boots and bag, not the best of experiences. When i questioned my drinks being short measured i was told it was up to the line when i poured it.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Location good and convenient and staff excellent

Cons:

Breakfast mediocre. We had poached eggs which were rubbery, not pleasant. The bathroom was small but needed deep clean to get rid of grouting on tiles

It’s an old traditional hotel, very good location for the peaks. Some areas could do with modernising.

The room was clean, but very small.
The location was close to where we needed to be.

Cons:

The room was very noisy with gushing water noises throughout the night (some sort of drain?) the walls were so thin we could hear people talking until late in the night and early the next morning.
