Disappointing breakfast, small room, no AC or fan, staff who did not honor the hotel breakfast hours
Pros:

If you have car avialable, the location is convenient if you're planning to visit Lucerne and nearby attractions, such as Stoos Ridge.

Cons:

The room was very small, the fridge barely worked, and there was no air conditioning or even a fan, making the room quite uncomfortable.

The breakfast was very basic and seemed to be offered just so the hotel could advertise that breakfast was included. When we checked in, the host asked what time we wanted breakfast. We requested 7:00 a.m. because we planned to leave early each day to visit attractions before the morning crowds. However, she told us that 7:00 a.m. was too early. She suggested that we skip breakfast on the first weekday and said she could prepare it at 7:30 a.m. on the second weekday instead. We were essentially left with no choice but to skip breakfast on the first day, even though breakfast was included with our stay.

To be fair, the hotel's listing clearly states that weekday breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., and we stayed on weekdays. We therefore expected breakfast to be available at the advertised start time.

Pros:

L'emplacement est très bien. Personnel serviable et souriant même à 35°!

Cons:

Dommage que l'on a pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse.

Not our best stay. Expensive for what you get.
Pros:

Ok breakfast with friendly staff

Clean bathroom
Fridge with minibar in room

Cons:

No air conditioning and located at a busy junction.
Bed not comfortable
Thick quilts given and we took out the quilt to only use the covers as so hot. Pillows also need replacing.
Definitely not our best stay!

Für mich persönlich war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung und würde das Hotel bei Bedarf auch wieder buchen.
