Pros:

Hôtel à taille humaine qui permet de profiter pleinement des prestations.
Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil et agréable.

Cons:

J'aurais aimé avoir plus de spécialités crétoises même si le buffet à volonté était très bon.

Pros:

Hotelli järjesti hyvin meno- ja paluukyydit lentokentälle tilataksilla 80e hintaan. Huoneistossa kaksi vessaa oli plussaa 5:lle hengelle. Parisänky oli hyvä ja aamupala oli kattava. Teemaillan ruokailut olivat kivat.

Cons:

Huoneistosta ei ollut oikein näkymää minnekään, koska talot ovat vastakkain. Uima-allas oli aika syvä, yli 120cm matalimmillaankin, jos ei oteta huomioon pientä pikkulasten allasosaa. Hyvä puoli oli, että 130cm lapsi oppi uimaan kunnolla, koska ei yltänyt missään pohjaan. Ruoka oli välillä vähän mautonta, enkä pitänyt siitä että jotkut tupakoivat ravintolapöydissä ruokailun aikana.

Pros:

Отдыхали семьей с 11 летней дочерью. В целом отель понравился. Я думаю ориентирован на семейный отдых. Много отдыхающих с детьми. При бронировании менеджер отеля предложил организовать трансфер из аэропорта. Стоимость 48 евро. Это чуть выше чем в предложениях из интернета (там в среднем в районе 45 евро), но мы согласились. Нас комфортно доставили в отель за 30-35 минут. До пляжа немного надо пройти. Минут 10. Пляж, который находится по прямой дороге из отеля с каменистым берегом. При входе надо быть осторожным особенно при наличии волн. Если пройти немного на восток, то там находится пляж Кактус - он намного лучше - песчаный берег, постепенный пологий вход. Мы ходили туда постоянно, хотя это немного дальше. На главной улице множество фирм по аренде авто, заказу экскурсий на Элафониси, Балос. Множество ресторанов и магазинов с сувенирами. Питание в отеле по системе все включено. Завтрак, обед, ужин, напитки, салаты, фрукты, йогурты, у бассейна. Персонал дружелюбный. Уборка была в номере каждый день.

A gyerek gluténmentes ételeket fogyaszthat. Az éttermi személyzet nagyon odafigyelt a kérésünkre. Mindenki nagyon kedves és barátságos, a tisztaság és a kiszolgálás nagyon jó! Köszönjük.

It’s worth the money due to all other positive aspects.

Pros:

3 tähden hotellliksi tarjosi hyvin vastinetta rahoille.
Henkilökunta oli aina ystävällistä ja osaavaa. Huone oli pieni pettymys, eli ikä tulee vähän jo näkyviin. Kuitenkaan huoneessa ei ollut mitään rikki tms, odotutukset olivat vain vähän korkeammat kuvien perusteella.
Uima-allas oli isompi ja syvempi (1.2m - 1.7m) kuin mitä kuvittelin, positiivinen yllätys siis. Ruoka oli perus all inclusive tasoa, vaihtelua oli aina vähän ja muutama teemailta osui viikon oleskelun aikana kohdalle.
Ympäristö ja hotelli itsessään oli todella rauhallinen, ainakaan meidän huoneeseen ei kuulunut mitään melua illalla.
Saavuimme todella myöhään hotellille ja saimme ns. extra iltapalan, kun normaali ruokailuja ei ollut enää tarjolla.
Kaiken kaikkiaan positiivinen kokemus, suosittelen jos haussa on ns. halvempi all inclusive loma.

Pros:

Номера хорошие, есть все необходимое. Чисто. Уборка производилась регулярно. Понравилась детский аниматор Нино, моему ребенку было интересно, ребенок с нетерпением ждал встречи 🥰 и фокусник 👍

Cons:

ЕДА ПРОСТО УЖАС… я бы поставила 1 балл за еду, если бы это было возможно. Постоянно одно и то же… еще и не вкусно.

Suosittelen ehdottomasti tätä hotellia kaikille!
Pros:

Aivan ihana henkilökunta erityisesti respassa ja allasbaarissa. Majoituimme hulppeassa yhden erillisen makuuhuoneen huoneistossa, huoneet oli erotettu ovella mikä sopi hyvin teinien kanssa matkustaessa. Parvekkeelta oli näkymä sekä merelle että altaalle. Huone oli moderni ja puhdas. Ruoka vaihteli sopivasti. All inclusive oli hinta laatusuhteelta hyvä. Lyhyt matka kävellä alas pääkadulle ja rannalle.

Pros:

The room was spacious and nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the bar were friendly and welcoming. The kids' entertainment was excellent—the best part of our stay. Thanks to Nino!Our children were sad to leave.
