Pros:

Odlicna lokacija, ljubazno osoblje, imali smo sobu sa komfornom terasom. Uvek smo nasli lezaljke, imaju svoje peskire. Istina je da je poprilicno nabijeno, ali razumljivo posto je mali prostor, lezaljke su odlicne. Ali plaza im radi do 18h, kad sklanjaju lezaljke i pretvaraju prostor u restoran. Tako da ako zelite duze da ostajete na plazi, bude problem (morate da trazite novo mesto gde cete pomeriti stvari).

Cons:

Hrana ispod nivoa za ovaj nivo hotela, kvalitet hrane los, izbor hrane los, cesto je hrana nedostajala, spora dopuna. Osoblje koje radi u restoranu je nezaintetesovano. U svakom slucaju, puno prostora za unapredjenje. U sobama imate kuvalo i aparat za kafu. Smesno je sto se kapsule za kafu (za sobe) doplacuju 1e. Ne prilici hotelu ovog ranga.

Poziția hotelui,personalul care deservește șezlongurile de pe plajă

Cons:

Mic dejun simplist și identic in fiecare zi, gălăgia din hotel,camerele cu vedere parțială la mare-o minciună, curățenia din camere se efectuează doar la insistențe repetate,la ora 18,00 ești izgonit de pe șezlong,deoarece se aduc mese și scaune (afacerea trebuie să aducă profit,prostii care au plătit sejurul .... suportă),TV nu funcționează deoarece semnalul este foarte slab....Nu are nici o legătură ceea ce se oferă,cu cele 4 stele ale hotelului.
Este o mare păcăleala.

Konumu iyi, ancak hizmet ve yemek kalitesi beklentimin altında kaldı.
Pros:

Otelin en büyük avantajı konumu. Deniz hemen yolun karşısında ve otelin anlaşmalı olduğu plajı bulunuyor. Şemsiye ve şezlong için ayrıca ücret ödemiyorsunuz. Yeme içme mekanlarına yürüme mesafesinde olması da büyük bir artı. Kendine ait otoparkı mevcut.

Odamızdaki klima sorunsuz çalıştı, Wi-Fi bağlantısında herhangi bir kesinti yaşamadık. Çarşaflar temizdi ve ebeveyn yatağı rahattı. Resepsiyondaki görevli güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Türkçeyi anlaşılabilecek seviyede konuşması da iletişimi kolaylaştırdı.

Genel olarak konumu, plaj avantajı öne çıkan; ancak özellikle kahvaltı organizasyonu, akşam yemekleri ve hijyen konularında iyileştirmeye ihtiyaç duyan bir otel.

Cons:

Kahvaltı 08.00-10.00 saatleri arasında servis ediliyor ancak belirtilen saatte tamamen hazır olmuyor. Kahvaltıdaki ürünlerde etiketleme bulunmadığı için özellikle et ürünlerinin ne olduğu anlaşılamıyor. Servis kaşıkları çekmece içerisinde düzensiz ve hijyenik görünmeyecek şekilde duruyordu. Biten ürünler hızlı şekilde yenilenmiyor, bazıları ise hiç tamamlanmıyordu. Buna rağmen kahvaltı çeşitliliği genel olarak yeterliydi.
Akşam yemeğini ise başarılı bulmadım. Bu nedenle çoğunlukla salata ve meyve tercih ettim.

Otel denizin hemen karşısında olduğu için ortak alanlarda ve zeminlerde oldukça fazla kum bulunuyor. Bölge hareketli olduğu için özellikle akşam saatlerinde gürültülü olabiliyor. Denizin kısa mesafede derinleşmesi küçük çocuklu aileler için dikkat edilmesi gereken bir nokta. Ayrıca çocuk için ek yatak yerine sert bir koltuk hazırlanmıştı ve bu konuda daha konforlu bir çözüm sunulabilirdi.
