Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Odamız çok temiz, konforlu ve fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Natalia son derece nazik ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışan harika bir insandı. Giriş işlemleri çok kolaydı ve konumu şehri gezmek için oldukça uygundu. Kendimizi gerçekten rahat ve hoş karşılanmış hissettik. Tiflis'e tekrar gelirsek hiç düşünmeden yine burada konaklarız. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederiz.
Чисто, аккуратно, уютно, все что нужно для удобства было в номере, и даже больше. Месторасположение идеальное, тихо, но при этом пешая доступность до всех наиболее интересных мест в центре. Рядом есть бесплатная парковка.
The best thing about this place is the location - if you’re planning to explore historical center of the city it is comfortable to get around from this hotel. There’s several good breakfast spots nearby and restaurants too. The hostes is very welcoming and will help you with any questions you have about you stay or where to eat! Room was clean and exactly as you see on the pictures

The manager, Natalia, is really nice - she provided us the self checking information along with many great restaurants and bakeries recommendations.
The hotel is clean, styled in a modern vibe and well maintained, in a good location on a side street near Librety Square. The room had many small accommodations like a vanity kit, shower cap, toothbrushes and shower products as well as plates, cups and wine glasses.
The facilities are a bit old - we had really hot water come out no matter how we turned the faucet. We asked Natalia for help, and we managed to resolve it in the end. In addition, there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom (even though it was perfectly clean as far as we could see), we understand it's a general issue with the old city sewer system. We got by by keeping the bathroom door closed, but if we had a longer stay we might have asked for a better solution.
Lastley, we took the room on the top floor with the big terrace (which was lovely), but there is an entrance to the terrace from outside the room that links directly into it. We kept the terrace door locked when we were out of the room.
My room was very clean and spacious, with crisp, white linens and a comfortable bed. The room had everything I needed: air conditioning, a refrigerator, dishes, a kettle, water, everything. There are no staff, but they are always available on WhatsApp and are always ready to help
