Pros:

It's an easy 10.
For those planning the track, the location is perfect.
The spa was a benefit I didn't know about, and it was really good. 2 hours, just me, in the sauna, wet and dry, jacuzzi, and relaxing- perfect.
The hotel restaurant was super kind; the food was delicious and served almost instantly, regardless of the number of people in the restaurant.

Cons:

The only dislike here, and that is not taking off the rank, is carrying the suitcase up the stairs. Minor issue.

Pros:

Good breakfast, pleasant stuff. Spa was a bit crowded when we were there (8 people from 4 rooms for 3 small saunas), but free was a good price for that.

Cons:

Shower in room 18 needs fixing, it includes both the shower handle that should be replaced a year ago, and plumbing since within single shower, water temperature changed from too hot to lukewarm, and back, terrible experience if You want to relax after trekking. Doors and walls provide no protection against noises, if the neighbor kid wakes up before You, You'll have a bad time. Wifi doesn't reach room 18, so make sure You have a cellular data.

Oáza v lone prírody
Pros:

Skvelý hotel v lone prírody, výnimočný, ústretový, príjemný personál. Pohodové welnees, večer po túrach padlo veľmi vhod. Zabudli sme si v TV USB kľúč s fotkami, hneď v pondelok nám ho personál obratom poslal poštou. Ďakujeme

Známe Váš hotel z dřívějších let-byli jsme spokojeni dle očekávání

Cons:

nelíbil se nám výhled z pokoje na střechu a vzduchotechniku...naštěstí jsme tam moc nebyli, ale za takové peníze si příště dáme více záležet na výběru pokoje.

Výjimečná poloha, tvrdší a pohodlné matrace. Skvělá snídaně.

Cons:

Hotel se skvělou snídaní a polohou.
Pros:

Lokalita přímo u vstupu do Dier, parkování zdarma u hotelu, super wellness, který se po celodenním chození v horách opravdu hodí. Dobrá je i Koliba přímo u hotelu s hotelovou slevou na jídlo (oběd/večeře). A to nejlepší na závěr - SNÍDANĚ. Pokud váháte, tak kvůli snídaním se tady ubytujte, to se jen tak nevidí, top.

Cons:

Není co vytknout.
