Pros:

Изключително любезен и дискретен персонал. Чист басейн и топла вода, отговаря на описанието в сайта. Храната е винаги прясна, вкусна и разнообразна. Стая и баня- реновирани с много удобни легла, в т.ч. това на детето. Външен и вътрешен кът за забавления на деца.

Pros:

Отлично местоположение. Добра храна. Много мило и любезно обслужване. Хотелът е много чист и поддържан. Басейнът е с идеалната температура, солната стая също ни хареса. Стаите са големи, чисти, балконите също, а от терасата се вижда целият Велинград. Смяната на кърпите и хавлиите е всекидневна, дори и при не толкова дълъг престой. Препоръчвам.

Cons:

Единственият минус-1, 2 от игрите в детския кът не работеха.
