Аниматорката в детския кът е прекрасен педагог, и знае как да забавлява децата образователно.

Cons:

Не ми харесаха електронните игри със жетони за деца в детския кът. Това е пълно изнудване и няма как да откажеш да детето си!!!

Не сме претенциозни и престоят беше приятен, но реалността не отговаряше на рекламата
Pros:

Персоналът беше много приветлив и отзивчив! Леглата бяха удобни. Храната беше базова, но разнообразна и вкусна. Имаше безплатна зарядна станция за ел. автомобили. Водата в басейна беше супер!

Cons:

Бяхме настанени в остаряла стая, в която само банята беше ремонтирана. Мебелите бяха амортизирани, надрани, с липсващи лайсни и т.н. Мокетът беше стар, нощните лампи с петна по лампионите. Хладилникът беше стар и бръмчеше, стари ТВ и т.н. Запазихме хотела по снимки в букинг, където явно са само реновирани стаи, а се оказахме в тотално различна обстановка.

Хотелът е разположен в борова гора, чист въздух превъзходен! Определено много ни хареса, персонала е много отзивчив, стаите са много чисти, всеки ден се почистваше стаята. Басейните бяха чисти и топли. С две думи хотела беше топ! Благодарим ви! ❤️
