Excellent Accommodations & Service
Pros:

The staff were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. They allowed an early check-in which was very helpful for our travel plans. The room was very comfortable and they arranged comfortable extra beds for our children. The location was central and perfect for everything we wanted to do in town. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which was one of the reasons for picking this hotel after several days hiking on the Via Transilvanica.

Pros:

Amabilitatea personalului, in special al d-nei receptioner Lacramioara Pop, care ne-a trimis chiar si mesaj de info legat de o strada inchisa din zona

Cons:

Am fost cazati doar jumatate de familie (sotia si fetita), eu si catelusa trebuind sa ne cazam la alt hotel pet friendly, din cauza neacceptarii animalelor de companie. O precizare: o taxa care sa sustina curatenia suplimentara este ok, in acest fel putand sa acceseze oferta de cazare si familii ca noi. In plus, cine calatoreste cu animalutzul de companie, procedeaza ca si acasa, adica respecta norme de igiena adecvate coabitarii cu membrii necuvantatori ai familiei
