Cute hotel but shared balcony isn’t for a hotel.

Location and quirkiness

Cons:

I spent a night there on work trip. Upon arrival I was told that my bedroom had shared balcony. This wasn’t written on website as far as I know.

The only window and door were thus on the balcony. At 11pm people from room next to me arrived and proceeded to smoke on the shared balcony- meaning all the smoke came into my room and I as bonus I had total strangers sitting 1 meter from my bedroom window.
I never expect this at a hotel.

Breakfast was great though and staff was very welcoming.

Pros:

Die Lage war gut, da man mit dem Fahrrad sehr schnell den schönen Sandstrand erreichen konnte.

Cons:

Leider war es in der Unterkunft dreckig und mir zu unpersönlich, besonders beim Frühstück aus Boxen. An einem Tag wurde der Roomservice überhaupt nicht gemacht. Das war dann der Moment, wo ich mich an der Rezeption beschwert habe. Der Rezeptionist hat mir daraufhin versichert, dass er den Raum nachträglich abends reinigen lässt. Dies ist auch größtenteils geschehen und eine kleine Entschuldigung stand auch bereit, was ich im Anbetracht der Situation gut aber auch mehr als angemessen empfand. Die Seife in der Dusche wurde jedoch leider nicht aufgefüllt und die verbrauchten Fläschchen lagen trotz Beschwerde am Abend immer noch in der Duschkabine. Das ist einfach sehr schade. Die Unterkunft sollte an ihrem Service arbeiten.

Prijs, kwaliteit verhouding was goed.
Pros:

Mooie kamer en een heerlijk bed.
Ruime kamer.
Beleg was er voldoende bij het ontbijt.
Gratis koffie en thee.

Cons:

Het ontbijt, de ontbijtruimte was te warm.
Misschien een idee om buiten te gaan ontbijten op het terras. De salami lag bij de kaas in de lunchbox met beleg dus smaakte allen naar salami.

Cosy family hotel with excellent restaurant
Pros:

Small and cosy hotel with excellent restaurant, nicely decorated breakfast room. Hotel has four small rooms, and our room also had a roof terrace. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Angenehme Unterkunft
Pros:

+ Das Personal war immer nett und zuvorkommend.
+ Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend
+ Jederzeit Kaffee und Tee verfügbar über eine kleine Bar im Flur.
+ Halbpension großzügig und a la Carte in Restaurant. Preise für Getränke völlig in Ordnung.
+ Man kann von dort alles in Nordholland in guter Zeit erreichen.
+ Badezimmer modern eingerichtet

Cons:

- Hotelzimmer nur über eine sehr steile Treppe erreichbar
- Keinerlei Schränke (damit war es immer sehr unaufgeräumt im Zimmer) und nur 2 Haken zum Aufhängen, keine im Bad
- restliche Ausstattung leicht veraltet, besonders die Türen gehen schwer und lassen sich nur hakelig abschließen, es fehlen Schrauben
- durch Lage direkt an einem Kreisverkehr war es morgens schon früh sehr laut und abends dann durch die Restaurantgäste.

Prima plek voor een kort verblijf
Pros:

Kleinschalig, eenvoudige maar schone kamers met prima sanitair

Cons:

Ontbijt is eenvoudig, dat is geen probleem. Alleen jammer dat niet alle gasten daar even goed mee omgaan… fijn als iedereen ook op warme dagen de bederfelijke waar weer in de koeling zet.
