ПОСТЕЛЬНЫЕ КЛОПЫ! Избегать этого места любой ценой!
После первой ночи на моем теле появились укусы, на вторую ночь их количество увеличилось и началась ужасная аллергия. Укусы были по всему телу - лицо, голова, спина, руки, ноги, пальцы и даже в ладонь укусили. Это все ужасно чесалось и я не спала в последствии 4 ночи, так же пришлось отдать в химчистку два чемодана моих вещей и купить не дешевые лекарства. К счастью после смены отеля укусы прекратились и начали заживать, однако из за последствий из моего отпуска выпали 4 дня потому что нахождение на солнце стало невозможным на неделю.
Я почитала отзывы на booking и google maps и ужаснулась потому что таких отзывов много, значит никакие действия по устранению клопов не предпринимаются. Это прямое нарушение санитарных норм которое влечет за собой причинение вреда здоровью!!! Вишенка на торте - плесень, отсутствие горячей воды в душе и отстутствие интернета.

La douche avec un filet d'eau et en plus qui sent une forte odeur désagréable
Le frigo est pratique mais attention, il congèle les aliments !!!
Le matelas avec de la mousse par-dessus...
Arrivée à 20h, lieu bizarre, tout noir, fermé
Pour info, j'avais la chambre 4, relativement petite

Bueno, pero necesitan mejorar sus instalaciones.
Pros:

Esta en un lugar céntrico, cerca hay varios lugares para comprar o comer.
Despues de la reserva ví varias reseñas de que encontraron chiches, pero afortunadamente no fue así.

Cons:

Las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento, el sofá cama se ve sucio y no es cómodo.
Levante las sabanas y el cubrecolchón esta super manchado.
El Check out indica de 12 a 12:30, a las 12:15 aprox nos llegaron a tocar la puerta y fuerte, afortunadamente ya estábamos de salida y la señora nos hizo un comentario pasivo agresivo de que pensaba que nos quedaríamos una noche mas.

La habitación con vista al Malecón, además de la buena atención de la encargada, a pesar del corto tiempo en que se hizo la reservación.

Las imágenes que tienen en booking no concuerdan con la realidad del lugar, estaba sucio y desordenado el lobby, no tienen personal suficiente, la habitación que me asignaron estaba al lado de la recepción y fue muy ruidoso, mi mala experiencia fue que justo a las 3 de la mañana pasó alguien llorando, haciendo mucho ruido luego llegaron otras personas y lo mismo, no se que asunto traían. Por necesidad del viaje tuve que salir temprano y jamás apareció nadie para recibir la habitación y para que me abrieran el estacionamiento. Lo tuve que hacer yo, deben poner mucha atención en su servicio y la habitación huele a humedad y no tiene ni un espejo. La regadera tiene fuga y la toalla olía muy feo. Las sábanas quemadas, muy desagradable. No tuve más opciones para quedarme y la zona no la recomiendo.

Tranquila y práctica
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, la tranquilidad y poco ruido que se escucha aún estando en avenida principal, la cama SÚPER rica, tiene frigobar y microondas.

Cons:

La regadera es como ecofriendly pero sale muy poca agua!! Literal poca es POCA, si te bañas pero te tardas más en lo que te terminas de quitar el jabón, el microondas no tenía plato (por eso no lo usé)

Un lugar decente para estar de paso
Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor que ofrece. Relación calidad-precio.

Cons:

Nada grave, sólo mejorar un poco el mantenimiento de la habitación. Tal vez hacer más cercana y cálida la atención del personal (es prácticamente nula la interacción). Ofrecer agua para tomar o llenar nuestras botellas, así como información de sitios paras conocer en Villahermosa y alternativas de transportación.
