Beforehand you should know that Tortuguero is a town of only 0.6 mile of extension. It is very far away from the city as you may know it. It is a town where many species of animals live; among them: mammals, birds and other species in protection of the Tortuguero National Park. Occasionally the light can go out and the water as well. The hotel has no control over these events but we try to do everything possible so that this is not an impediment to the enjoyment of your stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Punto de ubicación fantástico pero habitaciones poco acogedoras

La ubicación perfecta al lado del muelle ,en el centro del pueblo y junto a la playa
El desayuno,la disponibilidad de agua y café

El olor a humedad en las habitaciones,las habitaciones no son acogedoras,no había wifi excepto en la recepción,piscina decepcionante

Ganz ok, fehlt einiges bis zum Wohlfühlhotel
Pros:

Hatten zuerst ein super kleines Zimmer, extrem eng für 4 Personen und 2 Koffer. Bekamen nach Nachfragen ein dreimal so großes Zimmer an besserer Lage mit kleinem Sitzplatz.
Personal war reserviert aber freundlich, ein Lächeln bekommt man definitiv nicht.
Zimmer waren sauber.
Schöne Gartenanlage, haben einige Tiere gesehen.
Lobby ist schön und es gibt immer frisches Wasser, Tee und Kaffee gratis.

Cons:

Pool war sehr klein und nicht schön gestaltet und auch nicht sehr sauber.
Frühstücksbuffet war nicht so toll, wenig Auswahl und nicht so fein.

Great place for base to access amazing experiences in nature.
Pros:

Lovely staff. Lovely reception area to relax in with coffee and tea to help yourself to until 6pm. Rooms are small but comfortable - comfy beds and pillows. Shelving to keep things manageable . Good nets and window covers so nice protection from bugs.
Excellent breakfast with plentiful food - we are all vegetarian. Lovely gardens all around. Quiet and away from the main roads and restaurants but within 5 minutes walking distance. Great access to tours.

הצוות מקסים.

Cons:

כשירדו גשמים מים חדרו לנו לחדר.
ארוחת הבוקר ממנימאלית ביותר.
העדפנו לאכול יותר מהפירות, המלצרית העירה לנו שלכל אורח מגיע מנה אחת של פרי.
המקלחות בקושי יש זרימה של מים, אבל זה בגלל שהמערכת בכל האזור לא מסוגלת לאפשר זאת.

Pros:

Chyba najlepiej położony hotel w miasteczku. Lekko na uboczu, tuż przy plaży a jednoczesnie do sklepów i restauracji 3 minutki. Na terenie hotelu piekna roślinnosc. Śniadania smaczne, personel uczynny. Gdybym miała wracac do Tortuguero to tylko do tego hotelu. Basen jest dużym plusem bo niestety w morzu nie wolno sie kąpać, silne prądy. No ale tak do uda mozna wejsc popluskac sie :)

Die Nähe zum Meer.

Cons:

Ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich und hat sich nicht gross drum gekümmert als wir meldeten, dass der Safe nicht funktioniert.
Der Schirm der Nachttischlampe war schimmlig. Zimmer ist sehr klein.

Mooi centraal gelegen in dorp. Vriendelijk personeel. Schone kamers.

Cons:

Personeel in restaurant loopt in eigen kleding vol vlekken. Dat staat niet echt schoon en fris.

La localización, la organización con la empresa de las excursiones (Tuanis tour) que nos facilitaron mucho las cosas y el personal, en especial Leo. Todos en general han sido muy amables, pero Leo se ha portado muy bien con nosotros en una situación un poco particular.
