Water infiltration in the walls, mold starts to show in some places.

Cheapest quality breakfast ingredients and hard to get healtht options other than boiled eggs and tomato/cucumber

Pros:

Buona la posizione a ridosso del paesino di Agios Nikitas (si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti). Buono il servizio di pulizie.

Cons:

Colazione molto basica con pochissima varietà e caffetteria da macchina automatica. Parcheggio non presente e strada dove lasciare l'auto molto trafficata.

Pros:

Lovely friendly staff, thank you all. This is a quiet, calm hotel-apartment with an open veranda where you can have breakfast with lovely views of the hill/rocks and the sea, and with greek kitties hovering around. It's right on the main road so accessibility with luggage was easy (you can't drive inside the village, where most hotel apts are). Quick walk to mini markets, the restaurants and the shops (although it's hilly).

Cons:

The place feels dated and especially the bathroom: I was shocked by how small the shower cubicle was. Similarly, unless you're a size XS, your legs will hit the toilet holder when you sit on the toilet. No hot water on my second day, I had a cold shower. The bathrooms need an upgrade asap, they are small, old and crammed, which ruins the experience. I wont be returning to this hotel and indeed I wish someone had mentioned the bathroom issues in their reviews, I would have chosen a different place for my stay. The price did not match the experience.

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Super Aussicht mit Toplage. Im Ort gibt es einige Restaurants und Läden und alles ist sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal war zu jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat auch unsere Fragen bezüglich der Umgebung/Insel gerne beantwortet.

Pros:

Big rooms with balcony and amazing view on the sea! Even no hotel private parking, the staff always kept spots for hotel visitor cars. Great location.

Prachtig uitzicht over zee, fijne kamer
Pros:

De kamer en de indeling was heel fijn, het uitzicht vanaf het balkon over zee was fantastisch en het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Elke dag werd schoongemaakt. De ligging is goed, je bent zo bij het drukke straatje van Agios Nikitas zonder dat je last hebt van de drukte. Auto kan je aan de weg parkeren (als het niet te druk is).

Cons:

Het ontbijt was voldoende, de kwaliteit zou ietsje beter kunnen, hiervan waren we al op de hoogte door andere reviews.

Servizio ottimo e buona posizione della struttura.

Camere pulite, personale gentile e atmosfera rilassante. La strittura è situata in una buona posizione in quanto permette di raggiungere facilmente tutte le spiagge ed il centro di Lefkada.

Great location but disappointing service, noisy mornings, and limited breakfast options.

What I liked: The location was excellent and very convenient.

Cons:

What I didn’t like: The housekeeping staff made a lot of noise around 8:00 a.m. every morning, which woke me up every day of my stay. They even knocked on my door to check if I was still sleeping, which was a very unpleasant way to wake up. I also found the reception staff to be not very helpful or accommodating. Finally, the breakfast had very limited options for guests with dietary restrictions, particularly those who are lactose intolerant.

Pros:

Obwohl das Hotel neben der Hauptstraße liegt, hatten wir ein ruhiges Zimmer mit Meerblick (gegen Aufpreis). Wir hatten Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage und TV am Zimmer und einen kleinen Balkon mit der Möglichkeit, die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Das Frühstück war gut - etwas mehr Abwechslung (unterschiedliche Früchte, etc.) wäre toll gewesen. Aber alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Sauberkeit am Zimmer besonders hervorheben.

Cons:

Der Fußweg zum leider bereits sehr vollem Strand. Zum Glück hatten wir ein Auto.
