5 star friendliness in 2 star hotel - well done!
Pros:

Staff were amazing and super friendly.
Hotel is 2 star no changing that but they make it 5 star in every other way, acclimating, flexibility, supportive especially with our little children.

Wir wollten einen praktischen Stopp auf unserer Rückreise, leider war der Standard hier schlimmer als in einer Jugendherberge, simpelste Ausstattung, unbequemes Bett, unangenehmer Geruch auf dem Flur, billigstes bzw fehlendes Mobiliar, viel zu enges Badezimmer, insgesamt alles viel zu klein. Unser Zimmer war offensichtlich das einfachste im ganzen Hotel und machte einen schäbigen Eindruck. Schade.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, le petit déjeuner était très bien, la chambre confortable et le personnel serviable

Cons:

L'accueil est fermé de 11h à 15h, c'est trop long. On a voulu laisser nos bagages en arrivant mais il a fallu revenir 3h plus tard pour avoir quelqu'un à l'accueil.
