Pros:

Staff were friendly, great location

Cons:

Room was very dusty, couldnt use the fan due to amount of dust sadly. Open windows, sea front facing which was lovely until night time when students sat on the front drinking and blasting music until 3am but the room was very hot and uncomfortable so windows remained open. Shame and appreciate it was circumstantial but poor nights sleep.

A nice place to stay. Would happily book again.
Pros:

Great location and the breakfast was lovely (all included). Staff were nice too. I liked how they had a TV showing the outside camera so you could get the sea view even when downstairs. Bedroom was just right for me.

Great location and very friendly staff.
Pros:

Very good location, great parking with a garage for motorcycles. The hotel took the time to contact me following check-out to say I had left my phone charger and I was able to collect it later that day.

Pros:

View from our room was perfect. Nice room, very comfortable bed, nice to have table and chairs by the window overlooking the sea, good breakfast, excellent customer service, great car park.

Disappointing
Pros:

The room was comfortable bed comfortable but storage was poor.
No drawers just a wardrobe
There was a small drawer in the desk
The bathroom needed updating very 80s 90s style
The shower head was a small chrome hand held type of shower
The tea and coffee facilities were adequate
Basic facilities considering classed a 4 star
Small issues like no tissues
Breakfast was average and not particularly well cooked
Asked for a runny egg both mornings didn't materialise
Had to ask for a fresh mug first morning ad there was a crack
I don't mind mugs but expect a cup and saucer at breakfast in a 4 star hotel
Having run a 5 star Welsh tourist board rated Bed and Breakfast for 12 years I think I am qualified to comment
Personally I think we were paying for the location
The reception staff were friendly and helpful also the breakfast staff

Great view onto promenade and sea.
Room and bed reasonably comfortable. Parking on site. Very helpful staff.

Cons:

Slightly tired room. Small en suite and shower. No hot breakfast on this occasion, although warned in advance.

Great location on the sea front with excellent staff
Pros:

The staff were fantastic. Chatty, knowledgeable and ready to help. At check in we were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was fine. The view from the bedroom window was fantastic, we were lucky with the weather so the view of the sunset over the sea was captivating.

Cons:

It was really hot and air conditioning would have been nice.

The front row location

Cons:

It was unbearably hot: you can not open the windows more than 10 cm, no air circulation at all. No ac. This is dangerous, especially considering all their guest were 85 years and older.
Everything in this hotel is dated and not in a charming/ historical sense, its just from the 90s and lived down.
The breakfast was a little questionable
