Cozy rooms and great location
Pros:

Very good stay! Room was clean and comfortable. Self check in process was very easy
I only saw the hosts at breakfast but they were very nice. Great location too!

Pros:

Compact room but had everything I needed - even a proper hairdryer and iron and ironing board. The hosts clearly take pride in the room as it was spotlessly clean and everything was modern and good quality.

Cons:

All good. Nothing to dislike as everything was clearly explained.

Breakfast was good, The room was good. Location wss great

Cons:

The room had cobweds on the walls. The out look from the room needs some flower pot and a tidy up.
More tables needed in the dinning room

The stay was ok but felt we paid the high rate for location not the comfort or standard of the guest house.
Pros:

The location was excellent, very close to the sea and within a few minutes walk to the town

Cons:

There was no parking despite being advertised as having parking by booking.com. The room was dated and dark, also very stuffy due to the heatwave. Having the window open and being at the back of the property and ground floor it was noisy and we could hear breakfast being prepared from the kitchen below from 6am. The room was cleanish but there was some large cobwebs on the ceiling that needed away.

Clean and in a great location I had a great night sleep . I would defray again although not for breakfast
Pros:

Great location, super comfy bed , excellent views.

Cons:

Wasn’t to keen on breakfast
Didn’t like the Sausage , egg was snotty plate was swimming in water maybe from the mushrooms

Loved the location ,the welcome pack ,loved the way issue with window rectified quickly
Welcoming at breakfast
Breakfast nice, family always commnicated well

Pillows very poor flat as pancakes,concerned front door and inside door of property left open all.night security risk

A warm and comfortable stay with a great breakfast, but not the cleanest.
Pros:

Great location, a warm and comfortable room and a lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Bathroom desperately needs updating, but the worst thing was the disgusting large main window overlooking the rear of the property. Just cleaning the window inside and out would have made a huge difference.
