Cons:

Zastarelo pohištvo, nezainteresirano osebje, prišli smo na zajtrk ob 8.30 pa nas je osebje gledalo, kot da smo prišli z Marsa....od kje zdaj mi. Že vse skoraj pospravljeno. Zajtrk pa do 10.00 ! Stene niso izolirane, odeja stara kot jaz. Neudobne postelje.

Emplacement, parking et accueil, très bien. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant.

Nous avions privilégié le repas du soir à l’hôtel : moyen. Néanmoins, le personnel est très gentil.

Un hotel a 4 stelle dove in camera non c'era nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua, assolutamente niente! Persino negli hotel a 3 stelle si trova un servizio migliore. E la colazione? Una vera barzelletta! Per un hotel a 4 stelle è davvero una vergogna. Non merita assolutamente le 4 stelle!

We definitely would stay here again!
Pros:

Lovely hotel! Walking distance to the centre of Alberobello and at night felt very safe. I loved the cats and that there was an area where they were care for and fed up closer to the road. The pool area and loungers were beautiful as well. The pool wasn’t heated but rarely will you find a pool in Italy that is heated we were told. All staff were wonderful and I even got a kick out of the 2
older men that looked after the breakfast. They policed that buffet with purpose and let no one load up on snacks to go or take food to their rooms. Safe parking on site is a big plus too!
