Perfect for a one night stay, clean & comfortable

Not bad, but could do with some attention to detail.
Pros:

Although there were no staff at the property they did communicate by email and text, and allowed us access to the room before 1600.

Cons:

Human looking hair all over the bathroom floor.
Noise coming from the bathroom at 7am, assuming it was linked to the hot water system. Poor water pressure and could do with a general re decoration, soap tray hanging off the shower wall for example.

Not a good experience
Pros:

The location and the price

Cons:

Room number 2 the chamber stank and they need to deep clean it. I was allocated room 2 and I alerted management at 2100 hours that there was no hot water in the shower. I was only allocated room 3 after 2300 hours. I had to prompt them several times.

Room 3 the shower was a trickle so it was not a good shower but better than the cold water in room 2.

Comfortable room in a great location, with free parking.
Pros:

Great communication and easy check in process. We were texted a code for the front door and a code for the room. So easy! Location is fantastic for Biggleswade, near the train station and right on the high street. Room was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. Free parking too!

Cons:

The room was very hot, the carpets were a little worn and the bunk bed a bit rickety. But these things did not massively bother us and we would 100% stay again
