We were there for one night but we would definitely go back

It was in a great central location but at the same time quiet and felt safe.

Ligger sentralt i byen med kort avstand til det meste.

Cons:

Ingen wi-fi dekning på rommet, samt ingen telefondekning heller (sistnevnte er ikke hotellets feil, men når man ikke har dekning noen plass blir det litt rart).

Excellent location and value for money.
Pros:

Very recently refurbished. Facilities were clean and pleasant. Very good breakfast. Staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. Close to a number of restaurants. Shuttle to cruise docks.

Cons:

Elevator was very small - only one person and luggage at a time could use.

We had a lovely stay.

Excellent hotel…would recommend!
Pros:

Great location for a pre-cruise hotel, in walking distance to shops and restaurants and the port. We booked the hotel shuttle to the port and he drove us right to the door of the departure gate. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming!!

A perfect stay - we will be back
Pros:

We have just stayed for our 3rd time at the Porto Di Roma, and once again, we couldn't have had a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome by Anna. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Civitavecchia or staying before or after a cruise, with the port and waterfront just a short walk away.

The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and have everything needed for a relaxing stay, including very comfortable beds and a quiet, well-kept space that makes it very easy to unwind.

Anna and Gianni went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always greeting us with genuine warmth and making us feel like friends rather than just guests.

We would highly recommend Hotel Porto Di Roma to anyone visiting Civitavecchia, and we look forward to staying here again at the end of our cruise.

Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Traveling from Canada, I found the communication before and during my stay to be very good and seamless. The location is excellent, situated in a friendly and very safe area, which gave me total peace of mind. It is absolutely perfect for anybody going on a cruise, especially since they offer transportation from the hotel to the cruise port for a small fee!The property is super clean throughout. The breakfast was also very good, featuring excellent coffee and expressos that made for a perfect start to the day. A special thanks to Anna and Gianni, who are super friendly! They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting, and we would definitely stay here again!
