Pros:

The staff were really friendly.Special mention to Jimmy, Mary the Waitress, Kidato and Salim the security personnels and the gentleman with the Pink Shirt (forgot his name), they were all very warm. Food was amazing, the room was very clean, staff were very willing to help.Also Tabitha the swimming pool is instructor ok was quite helpful.We particularly loved the beach front view and the ambience .

Cons:

Should work on the lighting in room 115 it was a bit dull

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making my family and me feel genuinely valued throughout our visit.

A special thank you to Mary, one of the waitresses, whose kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality made our experience even more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Her outstanding customer service is truly commendable.

I got value for my money
Pros:

The staff are so accommodative, the environment and the meal.

Cons:

The fact that none of my colleagues can enter my room except I pay additional money to make it up to two persons, even when the person is not sleeping over, not interested in taking their breakfast. That was my first experience with such. It will be better for management to look into it. My question is... What is the extra payment for when the person will not sleep over, not take their breakfast.

Toll, mehr ist nicht zu sagen!

Außergewöhnlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Egal ob Zimmerservice, Empfang, Gästebetreuer, Servicebereich oder Security (wird aufgrund der süßen, aber aufdringlichen Affen z.B. beim Frühstücksbuffet benötigt😉), alle waren sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam! Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung und ein toller Strand! Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet! Die negativen Stimmen verstehe ich ehrlich gesagt nicht, man sollte sich bewusst sein, wie viele der Menschen in diesem Land leben… Die Leute am Strand sind sehr aufdringlich, das stimmt, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts! Und man sollte auch diese Leute verstehen, wenn man mal die Dörfer ein wenig erkundet! Und nebenbei: Aufdringliche Verkäufer begegnen einem auch an den Stränden in Italien oder Spanien! Die niedlichen Affen allein sind‘s wert, das Hotel zu buchen, aber Vorsicht: Türen immer abschließen! Im Zimmer, nach Essen suchend, sind sie weniger niedlich😉Alles in allem klare Empfehlung! Es empfiehlt sich auch Ausflüge zu buchen (z.B. Tsavo East, Shimba Hills oder Wasini) um dieses tolle, facettenreiche Land besser kennen zu lernen!

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement de cet hotel sur la plage de sable blanc, la vue sur le jardin depuis le balcon de notre chambre ; c'était très reposant de pouvoir prendre le petit-déjeuner en entendant le bruit des vagues.
Tout est très propre et très bien entretenu.
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, le buffet proposé est très copieux avec un large choix d'options. Tout est frais et savoureux.
Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable.

Cons:

La lenteur du service quand on commande un plat à la carte et le fait qu'on nous ait dit en milieu du séjour qu'il fallait manger au buffet du soir - dont la qualité est bien inférieure à celui du breakfast- alors que dans la demi-pension, nous pouvions commander n'importe quel plat à la carte mis à part la seafood platter.

Cons:

The hotel facilities were not functioning properly, super old, shower head, sink nothing was working. The staff were aggressive, did not care for our safety and the safety of children in the hotel, while they allowed a pervert who was caught taking pictures of children back in the property. We will never come back and STAY AWAY if you have children.

Ps: the pervert is a hotel regular and come there often.

Prachtig hotel op een nog prachtigere locatie❤️
Pros:

Een mooi hotel op een prachtige locatie. Het restaurant is open tot 23u en niets is te veel voor het personeel. Het eten zelf is heerlijk en telkens goed bereid met verse producten. De kamer wordt elke dag gekuist en aangevuld met productjes; koffie, thee, shampoo, etc. Een echte aanrader!🤗

In einigen Punkten sehr enttäuschend und nicht den Erwartungen entsprechend!

Außenanlage; Nähe zum Strand; Freundlichkeit der Angestellten

Cons:

1) Die mit dem Hotel schriftliche vereinbarte Abholung vom Bahnhof in Mombasa (in den ausgetauschten Nachrichten ist in Booking.com nachzulesen!) hat nicht funktioniert! Wir mussten uns selbst in dem extrem gefährlichen Gewimmel von Hunderten von "Taxi"-/Kleinbus-Fahrern einen besorgen ohne zu wissen, wie zuverlässig diese Person tatsächlich sein würde.
2) Das im Angebot genannte WLAN im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert und konnte auch währedn der 5 Aufenthaltstage NICHT repariert werden!
3) Das Angebot beim Frühstücks- und Abendessen-Büffet war sehr dürftig, sowohl hinsichtlich der Breite des Angebots als auch hinsichtlich der Qualität (z. B. viel zu zähes Rindfleisch!).
