Schönes Hotel am Traumstrand mit super liebem Personal.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage am Strand. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr aufmerksames liebes Personal besonders Johannes , Mary und Joyce. Wir kommen wieder.

Pros:

Traumhafte, direkte Strandlage mit vielen schönen Schatten- und Sonnenplätzen unter den Palmen. Strandtücher werden gestellt und die Liegen werden wunschgemäß hergerichtet.
Sehr gutes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück mit frischen Eierspeisen auf Wunsch.
Das À-la-carte-Restaurant am Strand bietet leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen (lediglich der Burger war nicht ganz unser Fall).
Sehr gute Cocktails und Getränke.
Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und stets bemüht.

Cons:

Die gesamte Anlage und vor allem die Zimmer sind stark in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchten dringend eine Renovierung. Besonders das Badezimmer war alt, abgewohnt und leider nicht wirklich sauber.
Sehr lange Wartezeiten an der Bar: Trotz mehrerer Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke und wenig Betrieb dauerte es oft 20 Minuten bis zur Karte und nochmals so lange bis zur Bestellung.
Wiederholte Stromausfälle während unseres Aufenthalts, darunter auch ein längerer.
Vorsicht vor den Affen: Einer schaffte es trotz geschlossener Tür ins Zimmer und musste vertrieben werden.
Kleiner Tipp für andere Gäste: Vor Ort bei Tourenverkäufern wie „Ronaldo“ aufpassen – die Angebote sind überteuert und nichts Besonderes.

Pros:

De ligging en het personeel. Niet het personeel bij de receptie

Cons:

Dat ze geen euro’s willen wisselen en een rate van 1.30 willen geven. En geen briefjes van 20 euro. Hotel is zwaar gedateerd.

Très bon accueil avec des activités proposées grande piscine avec la mer a la sortie de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Petit déjeuné complet et copieux

Excellent resort in Diani Beach
Pros:

Great resort in Diani Beach, with private access to the wonderful white beach. The resort has rooms located in many small buildings surrounded by a wonderful garden, where you will see monkeys everyday (they are not dangerous). All the staff is very friendly and polite and ready to assist you for every need. A special thanks to Mr. Joanes (who planned different tours for us at very convenient prices - Kongo River sunset tour, Wasini Island and Kisite Mpunguti Marine Park tour, Shimba Hills game drive with hike up to the waterfalls), Mr. Ian (who cared about the resort sport and leisure activities) and to Tabitha and the pool security guard (they were always ready to help us providing sunbeds and towels). Furthermore, the security guards always take care of the guests and you can really enjoy your holiday.

Cons:

Bathrooms are quite old and should be renovated. This doesnt change the overall (excellent) review on this resort.

Bella vista sull'oceano, con spiaggia magnifica
Pros:

Molto bella la zona lettini vista mare e anche la struttura in legno.
Stanze grandi con letto comodo e balcone con vista sulle piante piene di scimmiette.
Colazione buona

Cons:

Il buffet è ripetitivo, non sempre di qualità. L'atmosfera al ristorante alla sera è un po' triste.
Abbiamo visto due serpenti mamba, Forse sarebbe meglio avvisare i clienti di usare la torcia la sera per rientrare in camera.

Ein echter Erholungsort
Pros:

Direkt am Strand gelegen, ruhig, grün, sauberer Pool, schönes Frühstücksbuffet und extrem nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, die auch bei Ausflügen helfen. Kinder sind hier sehr willkommen und trotzdem ist es für alle entspannt und ruhig. Gym kann kostenlos benutzt werden, das Essen à la carte war lecker.
Täglicher Besuch von Hornvögeln und Colobusaffen auf der Anlage waren ein Highlight.
