Pros:

The location was beautiful, I especially loved the beach access. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, can’t wait to visit again!

The stay was short but I enjoyed the area, the food and the friendliness of the staff.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay, Joanes was wonderful in helping me check in and giving recommendations of where to go and the ball park prices around the area.

This isn't my first time at this hotel. The manager, Joanes, is very welcoming and friendly, and he’s a competent employee. But all the good impressions were forgotten when I discovered my prescription glasses were missing. They weren't particularly valuable, and I didn't put them in the safe; I left them in my suitcase and didn't use them, as they were a spare. I contacted hotel management about the loss, but nothing happened. Hotel management needs to pay attention to the housekeeping staff.

Perfect stay and super helpful staff
Pros:

Had the best stay at Safari Beach Hotel, Joanes and Tabitha were great! As well as Joyce in the F&B area. We arrived at the hotel and were looked after as soon as we arrive till when we left. They helped with all activities. We stayed when the resort was quite quiet but the staff did not stop working, always doing something to stay busy. Things would be done without asking.

Cons:

The only downside to any resort on Diani Beach is the people waiting outside of the resorts to sell you things.
The hotel did as much as they could with security and no one actually came into the resort. It just made it tricky to walk along the beach. This isn’t their fault though and it can’t be helped!

Amazing and comfortable. Beautiful accommodation
Pros:

The property is beautiful, very well kept and tidy. Very clean and beautiful. The service is incredible and the staff are amazing.

Pros:

The staff were really friendly.Special mention to Jimmy, Mary the Waitress, Kidato and Salim the security personnels and the gentleman with the Pink Shirt (forgot his name), they were all very warm. Food was amazing, the room was very clean, staff were very willing to help.Also Tabitha the swimming pool is instructor ok was quite helpful.We particularly loved the beach front view and the ambience .

Cons:

Should work on the lighting in room 115 it was a bit dull

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making my family and me feel genuinely valued throughout our visit.

A special thank you to Mary, one of the waitresses, whose kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality made our experience even more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Her outstanding customer service is truly commendable.

I got value for my money
Pros:

The staff are so accommodative, the environment and the meal.

Cons:

The fact that none of my colleagues can enter my room except I pay additional money to make it up to two persons, even when the person is not sleeping over, not interested in taking their breakfast. That was my first experience with such. It will be better for management to look into it. My question is... What is the extra payment for when the person will not sleep over, not take their breakfast.
