Great, with room for improvement.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Parking. The room gets pitch black when you cover the windows, which is great when you sleep. Clean and overall nice rooms and bathroom. Big LG TV in both rooms. Toothbrush toothpaste was a nice touch.

Cons:

The lack of air conditioning in the bedroom was surprising, especially at this price point. One AC unit for a two-room apartment isn't really sufficient, as it has to run for long periods—or be set very cold—to keep the bedroom comfortable. And if course, If the bedroom door is closed, it becomes warm. It also feels unnecessarily energy-intensive and less environmentally friendly to have to keep the AC running almost constantly.

When the sofa bed is unfolded, it takes up a significant amount of space, and the table and chairs become difficult to use. This makes the room feel quite cramped, also when using parts of the kitchenette. For a longer stay, this can be inconvenient, as you may feel the need to fold the sofa bed away every morning just to have enough space to move around and use the room comfortably.

Only 1 remote to the 2 TVs. We stayed only one night so we did not care or ask about that because we did not need too.

Also you should now, the view from the windows is just another building and the Outdoor units for the AC. As I wrote earlier, we only stayed for one night so we did not care about that.

Pros:

Удобное расположение, оооочень классный персонал, который помог с решением нашего непростого вопроса с номером. Супер заботливая атмосфера, будто дома. Есть сауна, бассейн на крыше. Не очень далеко (15-20 минут пешком) от центральной части города и набережной (10 минут пешком) - и то и другое в пешей доступности. Вкусные завтраки.
При бронировании номеров обращайте внимание на информацию - какой тип номера бронируете и с каким видом (в отеле есть более доступные в ценовой категории номера, но с видом на стену соседнего здания). Если вид не принципиален - это будет отличным решением и соотношением цены/качества

Staff at the hotel was professional and helpful. Manager provided great reception and made sure that room was cleaned to perfection. Food was tasty and fresh. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Vratiću se sigurno ponovo
Pros:

Sve je bilo odlično, od lokacije, čistoće i doručka do ukupnog ambijenta. Posebno bih pohvalio osoblje na recepciji, koje nam je u svakom trenutku bilo na raspolaganju i na svaki način se trudilo da nam pomogne i učini boravak nezaboravnim.

An amazing experience from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend it more, definitely book it! You won’t be disappointed.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Kruso Hotel. There was a large group of us, and the hotel did an excellent job accommodating everyone comfortably. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

They went above and beyond to assist us with planning our days, arranging taxis, and recommending great places to visit and eat in the local area. Their local knowledge and willingness to help made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable.

A special mention goes to the hotel management, who were fantastic throughout our stay and ensured everything ran smoothly. The level of customer service was exceptional, and it really made us feel valued as guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Kruso Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality. Thank you to the whole team for making our visit such a memorable one!

Ihana hotelli, jota voi kyllä vilpittömästi suositella.
Pros:

Huoneistosta upea merinäköala. Huoneisto ja hotelli kaikinpuolin erittäin siisti. Katolla oleva uima-allas ja sauna mahtavia! Koko henkilökunta erittäin ystävällisiä. Huoneistossa hyvä ilmastointi/ilmalämpöpumppu. Kiva ranta lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä.

Cons:

Aamupalalla kylmäsäilytystä vaativat ruuat olivat pitkiä aikoja huoneenlämmössä ja oli todella helteistä. Respassa, jossa aamupala tarjoiltiin, oli hyvin kuuma. En tiedä, oliko ilmastointi rikki vai eikö sitä siinä ollut laisinkaan.
Vilkasliikenteinen tie ihan hotellin vieressä. Tien vieressä ei kunnollista jalkakäytävää, mikä teki kulkemisesta pienten lasten kanssa hieman vaikeaa/vaarallista.

The hotel was clean and modern, the rooftop pool had an amazing view and was quiet and the staff were brilliant

Cons:

I wished there was a bar by the pool, being lazy we had to order downstairs but the staff always brought them up to the pool and the pina colada was very nice!

Very good hotel in Herceg Novi.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, attentive and welcoming staff.

Cons:

A bit more storage space for clothes would be great, it felt a bit tight for 4 persons.
