Great little hotel with super friendly staff within walking distance of the beach and restaurants.
Pros:

Hotel is within walking distance to the beach although you do need to walk down steps and across a couple of roads to get there. Staff are really friendly and can’t do enough for you. Pool at the top is not huge but the sun beds offer a quiet place to sunbathe and read, away from the beach which can be a bit busy. Rooms have a kitchenette including an oven which means you can cater for yourself. There is also a table and chairs to eat at. Balcony with a view of the sea was nice although it is on a busy road.

Cons:

Air conditioning is in the sitting room so you need to keep the bedroom door open to get the benefit in the night.

Wonderful staff, but the hotel is overpriced for the overall quality and comfort provided.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, especially the black Hair receptionist I don’t know the name who was exceptionally kind, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was varied and good.

Cons:

The hotel is overpriced for the quality offered. The bathroom was extremely small, with barely enough room to move around, and the washbasin tap did not work properly.

​Želim od sveg srca zahvaliti cijelom timu, a posebno direktorici Mariji te objema damama na recepciji.

​Njihova ljubaznost, profesionalnost i spremnost da pomognu u svakom trenutku zaista nemaju konkurenciju. Doslovno čitaju svaku želju s usana i čine sve kako bi boravak bio savršen i nezaboravan. Osjećali smo se izuzetno dobrodošlo i paženo od prvog do zadnjeg trenutka.

Savršen odmor uz pogled koji se pamti!
Pros:

Proveli smo pet predivnih dana u hotelu i zaista je sve bilo odlično. Apartman je ogroman, udoban i lepo sređen, a bazen na krovu i veličanstven pogled na zaliv su nešto što se zaista pamti.
Hotel ima svoju privatnu plažu sa restoranom, što je odličan dodatak za potpuni odmor. Doručak je bio odličan, uvek svež i raznovrstan.
Posebnu pohvalu zaslužuje osoblje, koje je zaista ljubazno, pozitivno i predusretljivo. Od prvog dana do samog odlaska učinili su da se osećamo veoma prijatno i dobrodošlo.
Sve u svemu, jedno prelepo iskustvo i mesto na koje bismo se rado vratili. ❤️

Awful. Don’t bother booking this shit hole.
Pros:

Not much. The room reeked of stale cigarettes and the air conditioner couldn’t even keep the room it was in cool. Forget the main bedroom. The manager offered us an alternative but we had to accept then and there as it was meant for another customer.

Cons:

Everything. It was like Fawlty Towers.

Замечательный отель рядом с морем. Мы должны были быть в Херцег Нови всего лишь сутки, но так нам понравился город, пляж, отель и радушие персонала, что мы остались еще на один день с большим удовольствием. За наше комфортное пребывание благодарим весь персонал отеля и отдельно Марию, за внимательное отношение к гостю, за чуткое отношение к нашим пожеланиям и нашему отдыху❤️ мы остались очень довольны

Pros:

Overall the hotel and staff were exceptional. The hotel is a small boutique hotel, very modern and fashionable. We were delighted with our room, all the facilities we needed. We were constantly laughing at our mini bar because we have never seen anything like it because it was crammed full of everything possible.
The hotel team were exceptional and very accommodating in every way, the 3 Maria's. Thanks so much ladies who made our stay memorable.

Cons:

The only disappointment was that our was at the rear of hotel and didn't have a view as backed on to a brick wall.

We also had to change our stay by one day due to issues at the Croatian border as we didn't want to miss our flight home. We were hoping that the hotel would have been able to return some of the costs but didn't which was understandable due to their cancellation policies.

O amintire de neuitat. In special datorita oamenilor, frumosi atat fizic cat si ca atitudine fata
Pros:

Micul dejun excelent. Mult peste asteptari.
Locatia buna, cu acces la majoritatea zonelor de interes.
Personalul de o calitate care a depasit cele mai inalte standarde, cu mult peste clasificarea hotelului.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Beautiful property with everything you could need. Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Hotel breakfast had a good selection. Easy parking for guests. View from rooftop pool is a showstopper. That, alongside beach club access makes this the perfect stay. Staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Location is good, easy to get to the beach and to main attractions of the town. We were sad to leave! Looking forward to returning, thanks to Marija and team!

What looked like a “par for the course” experience, was elevated to exceptional by the staff and Marija.
Pros:

The staff, especially the manager Marija where beyond exceptional. The few facilities issues inconveniences where overshadowed by their above and beyond efforts. I honestly can not thank them enough.

Cons:

The only inconvenience was the lack of a second AC unit in the bedroom. Having said that, it was more in my mind than reality. At the end of the day it was not an issue.

un hôtel très agréable pour visiter Herceig Novi
Pros:

établissement très fonctionnel et de taille normale bien situé pour visiter Herceig Novi. La vieille ville est à 10 min à pied par le front de mer. Tous les commerces sont accessibles en bas de l’hôtel. La plage privée assez grande est à côté du restaurant de l’hôtel. Le restaurant propose des plats variés et locaux de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuné est très bon. La piscine sur le toit est exceptionnelle.

Cons:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel nécessite de traverser une route pour descendre à la plage qui présente beaucoup de circulation. Attention aux 120 marches à remonter pour rentrer de la plage en cas de mobilité réduite.
