Gute Lage und gutes Frühstück – mit kleinen Abstrichen im Sommer
Pros:

Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts in Jelenia Góra im Hotel Fenix übernachtet.
Insgesamt war es ein guter Aufenthalt mit tollen Pluspunkten, aber auch kleinen Schwachstellen. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Anbindung zur wunderschönen Altstadt war für uns einfach perfekt.
Das Frühstück war gut. Es gab eine gute Auswahl und einen super Start in den Tag.
Sauberkeit: Die Zimmer waren gut gereinigt und ordentlich – an der Sauberkeit gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Fazit: Ein sauberes Hotel mit super Lage zur Altstadt und gutem Frühstück. Wenn man ein Zimmer zur richtigen Seite erwischt und es nicht zu heiß ist, absolut empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag leider in Richtung Straße und Bahnhof, was etwas unruhig war. Man kann aber bei der Buchung bestimmt vorab um ein Zimmer zur ruhigeren Seite bitten.
Bei den warmen Temperaturen hat uns eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer wirklich gefehlt. Das wäre im Sommer definitiv wünschenswert und nötig.

Pros:

Handige locatie vlakbij station. Prima ontbijt.

Cons:

Het was erg warm op de kamer. Dat er geen airco zou zijn was duidelijk, maar tenminste een ventilator zou de nacht een stuk prettiger gemaakt hebben.

В комнате было душно, чувствовалось, что там курили. Спала с открытым окном, и на улице что-то капало и будило, но дождя не было? Пришлось закрыть окно. Штора не закрывала окно полностью.

Udany pobyt, super klimat.
Pros:

Śniadania były pyszne i bardzo duży wybór. Kawa z ekspresu, ciasto do kawy, świeży owoc. Lokalizacja super blisko dworca pkp, parking przy hotelu, a na starówkę pieszo 10-15 min.

Cons:

Montaż w oknie łazienki roletę osłaniającą od słońca (w prawdzie szyba w oknie jest mleczna) ale poranne słońce tak nagrzewa łazienkę, że nie idzie wytrzymać tak jest duszno.

Disappointing
Pros:

The hotel is close to the train station and about 15 mins walk to the town centre.

Cons:

The facilities were quite dated. The magnet locking the door didn't hold at three occasions, I could open the door without the door key.

At the breakfast there was an alive spider in the cereal. The staff just took it but didn't try to rectify the situation in any way. Coffee machine didn't work properly.

I had to look for the staff quite often as the reception desk was left unattended.

When asked for the wellness facilities I was told the sauna is paid extra, and the rest of the facilities are old and the staff didn't recommend using it.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel für die Erkundung des Hirschberger Tales
Pros:

Eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Eisenbahnfreund findet die Nähe zu seinem Steckenpferd bemerkenswert. Das Restaurant bot die Gelegenheit den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Pros:

Bardzo polecam obiekt, który znajduje się przy samym dworcu. Śniadania obfite. Pokoje czyste. Personel bardzo uprzejmy. Nie było najmniejszego problemy z zakwaterowaniem się z psiakiem.

Cons:

Przydałby się w pokojach zwykłe czajniki elektryczne, które są dostępne w niemal większości innych obiektów.
