The location and the view was immaculate! Great sun beds for tanning :D
J’ai passé un séjour absolument magnifique dans cet hôtel. Le cadre est superbe, avec une vue incroyable sur la mer qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La chambre est propre, spacieuse. Le personnel est vraiment adorable très gentil, accueillant, à l’écoute et toujours disponible lorsque nous avions besoin de quelque chose (un grand merci à Sotiris). Une très belle expérience que je recommande sans hésiter.
Le seul point négatif est que la piscine n’est pas chauffée et les autres clients peuvent avoir une vue sur la piscine de la chambre depuis la piscine collective, ce qui peut être assez gênant lorsque l’on recherche de l’intimité et de la tranquillité. Ce serait vraiment un plus de prévoir davantage d’intimité autour de la piscine, par exemple avec des brise-vues ou un aménagement adapté. Malgré cela je garde un bon souvenir de mon séjour.

Ιδιωτική πισίνα στο δωμάτιο βρώμικη είναι παλιά και ήταν ακαθάριστη από φύλλα θέλει καθάρισμα εσωτερικά τα πλακάκια της είναι κιτρινισμένα σκουριά στη σκάλα της δεν σου κάνει αίσθηση να μπεις κακή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής .
Can’t say enough about the staff! All were exceptional- very friendly, helpful. Shout out to Desard- very hard working and seemed to go out of his way to help with anything we needed.
Rooms and pool area were beautiful and well maintained.
The only slight complaint I would have was really loud music at the pool in the late afternoon.
The view, the employees, the food, the room
Coffee from breakfast.
We absolutely loved the view. Our room was right in front of the pools area. So we had a "balcony" but it was ground level. The room was perfect for our needs. Bathroom was really romantic but be ready it takes like an hour to fill the bath tub!
The view from our mezzanine bed was also really pretty.
We liked that we were able to rent a Quad directly at the hotel for 50€ a day. (The price depends on the time you go I think) and you have to fill the tank before returning it at the hotel.
We didn't like that even tho we put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. They unlocked the door 2 times and woke us up. And later they were also insisting to clean the room even tho we were okay not to do it one day. It's nice that they wanted to give a good service but they were a bit too insisting.
Great location and magnificent view
With the exception of the reception desk, everyone else was from indifferent to really bad.

Ηταν σε ωραίο σημείο με καταπληκτική θέα στη Καλντερα
Δυστυχώς για 5αστερο ξενοδοχείο δεν ήταν τόσο καθαρό, την πρώτη κιόλας μέρα που μπήκαμε μέσα τα σεντόνια μύριζαν λες και είχαν μούχλα. Δεν μπορέσαμε να κοιμηθούμε το βράδυ από τη μυρωδιά. Το επόμενο πρωί ζητήσαμε να τα αλλάξουν. Επίσης ζητήσαμε να μας φέρουν ένα σίδερο και δεν έφεραν ποτέ εκείνη τη μέρα , όταν ξανά ζητήσαμε την επόμενη μας έφεραν και μετά όταν λείπαμε μπήκαν στο δωμάτιο μόνοι τους και το πήραν πάλι.
