Für eine Übernachtung war alles gut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Gutes Hotel an zentraler Lage
Pros:

Gutes Hotel für ein paar Nächte an zentraler Lage in der Altstadt.
Sehr sauber, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und ein gutes Restaurant mit lokaler Küche.
Sogar einige Parkplätze im Hof hinter dem Haus, was angesichts der Innenstadtlage nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Wonderful warm & friendly welcome in a truly atmospheric traditional German environment. Recommended
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, local in style, and plentiful. The room was clean and well-equipped, and quirky as to be expected in an old building in the centre of the village. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the owner made us feel at home, even though our German is very basic. The younger serving staff have excellent English and helped with understanding the evening restaurant menu, which is a range of traditional German dishes served with recommendations from the owner's range of wine from his own vineyards. The serving areas include the traditional bar area, the vaulted Keller below, or the courtyard and covered areas outside.

Cons:

Just be aware that in rural Germany, the shops and cafes often have limited opening hours, especially from mid-day on Saturday until Monday or Tuesday morning. So plan for your lunches accordingly.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel ausgewählt, weil es eines der wenigen in der Gegend mit eigenem Restaurant ist, das auch noch sehr gelobt wurde. Nur hat uns leider niemand informiert, dass das Restaurant während unserer Übernachtung geschlossen ist, so dass wir nach langer Radtour doch noch mal los mussten, um etwas zu Essen zu finden.
Die Zimmer sind merkwürdig aufgeteilt und eingerichtet, das schöne Fachwerk wird durch Billigmöbel verschandelt. Und warum stellt man mitten ins Zimmer eine Badewanne? Zumal das Bad groß und modern war.

Großes Zimmer unter dem Dach
Restaurant mit leckeren, regionalen Speisen
Frühstücksbüffet hatte alles was man zum Start in den Tag braucht.
Parken in unmittelbarer Nähe kostenlos möglich

Cons:

Mein Zimmer (5) war unterm Dach
eigentlich sehr gemütlich, aber eben auch sehr warm (war einer der heißen Tage)
Das Lattenrost beim Bett hatte einen Schaden (habe ich aber dem Chef kurz mitgeteilt)

Mehr als perfekt, wir kommen gerne wieder und wir haben auch schon Werbung gemacht
Pros:

Alles, die Herzlichkeit der Eigentümer, das gemütliche Ambiente, draußen sowie das Zimmer und die Gaststube. Eine sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück, das Essen am Abend war sehr schmackhaft und man merkt, dass die Bedienung ihren Beruf mit Liebe ausübt.
