Pros:

The only thing is the check in time can't be tolerable. Earlier entry subjected to extra payment. But early check out no refund. It's unfair to guest who already checked out from other hotels, which almost check out at 11 am.

Cons:

Check in time should be made to 12 pm instead of 2 pm.
