Always a pleasurabke stay over whenever we do a North Wales motorbike trip
Pros:

The lodges are very accessible, particularly when we’re on a motorbike trip, the parking outside is very useful and safe.
The lodge itself was very clean and cool given the heatwave we were all experiencing, and the new fitted bathrooms are fabulous.
Even though we weren’t able to check-in until 15:00, we used the leisure facilities which we were very grateful of to plunge in the swimming pool and cool down, at 14:00, the temperatures on our travels escalated to 30+ degrees.

Lovely one night stay here

Pros:

We love staying here great location. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is great and the Leisure facilities brilliant.

Cons:

We stayed this time on a monday and Tuesday, didn't relise they don't do food those days, its wasn't really a big issue as there is plenty of places too eat. But we know for next time.
And only thing with the room was the bed was extremely hard.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great location. Ample parking. Very helpful staff. Great food. Swimming pool was lovely. We would definitely return here.

Cons:

Being on a main road (A5), and staying in a very hot time, we had to sleep with the windows open. So it was a bit noisy.

Room was a little dated and in need of a few minor repairs/updates
Shower head loose and didn’t stay in upright position. Rust and mildew on shower

I would stay there again, but ask for a room where the window fully opened.

Staff amazing and friendly

Reception staff very helpful even had a free room upgrade.
Hotel rooms amazing, spa facilities were a bonus.
Every staff member were so friendly and helpful.
