Would stay again
Pros:

The location is good, being at the end of the road, just a short walk into town, plenty of parking spaces. Room was very big for all our walking gear, nice big bed and bathroom and two sinks. Ate at the hotel in the evening and the food was lovely.

Good location, pleasant surroundings, dismal catering facilities!
Pros:

Breakfast was enjoyable. Good selection. staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

we ere disapointed that the Restaurant was not open on Sunday, and Monday evening. After travelling and sightseeing we were desperate for nourishment on our 1st day, we settled for a sandwich and crisps from the local Spar-shop. Mondays restaurant closure experience meant that we had to venture to a rival hotel for an evening meal. Poor show, considering the facililities advertised on your post, and the price range for our booking!

Excellent stay and would return!
Pros:

Excellent location and clean throughout. All staff were superb and friendly and the breakfast was excellent too. Would recommend.

Cons:

The heat in the rooms was unbearable but this was during a heatwave. Two fans were provided but just blew more hot air around.

Pros:

Amazing value for money. Huge room and location is unbeatable.
The massive carpark is ideal to keep your car when heading into betws y coed.
100% recommend the pool too.
All the staff were so lovely and friendly :)

Cons:

The room was hot during the heatwave but there were 2 fans for us to use which helped a lot.

Pros:

Loved the locality, the staff, facilities and the food! The staff were fab - so thoughtful and helpful. Loved the pool and the steam room and sauna.

Cons:

The heat in the bedroom at night. We used the fan but it was still roasting in there. Unusual high temps though!

Great location and base for travelling around the Eryri National Park
Pros:

Great location. Enjoyed the breakfast. All staff very polite and attentive. We had access also to the Spa which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Cons:

We had the family suite - smelled very bad like dogs. We asked for an air refresher but did not get one.
Too hot and not enough fans.
Not worth the price.
