The room was lovely the staff were friendly the food was fantastic especially the honeycomb cheese cake. Would definitely stay again
Only thing I would say is a shower curtain would be great around the bath but no biggy
Great location, very comfortable room, amazing food, Martin and the team were very friendly.
Nothing
Bed was so comfy absolutely loved it and hotel is stunning
Only thing I found was lady at breakfast was lil abrupt
It’s beautiful
Het was behoorlijk warm op de kamers.
Everything
Nothing
Great sleep. Good food and fantastic location
Nothing, all good
The inn and its staff were just adorable. Everyone from reception staff to bar staff to breakfast staff were all friendly and welcoming.
The inn was impressively larger than I was expecting and felt like stepping into a moment locked in time. I loved it! Very close to village too.
Minimal parking, but due to road layout that cannot be helped.
We felt welcome and the all the staff were very good, a nice buzzy atmosphere in the evenings and the food was above average
Parking which is limited although we had no problem throughout our stay. Slightly outside further than I thought from Betws-y-Coed but still walkable
Everything about the hotel was fantastic. Staff were lovely and funny. Food was brilliant. The whole hotel was so well looked after and clean and it's obvious that a lot of care and love goes into the running of it.
Nothing
This was a delight and we thoughly enjoyed our time there. Only reason for not saying excellent for everything was the limitation on evening meals and bar closing. Love privately owned hotels and this was a delight. Thanks.
Quaint and quirky style
...
Lovely setting, beautiful room
On the ground floor and could hear the person above us walking around, snoring and using the bathroom so couldn’t sleep that well but the bed was comfy
Gorgeous, historic and unique property. Lovely bar area to relax in. We didn't have dinner in the end but the food looked lovely. They had also just finished renovating a 'secret garden' which was gorgeous!
Bit dated in places but it's traditional!
The room was clean and comfortable. It was a short walk from the town centre. The breakfast was great and the evening meal fabulous.
The parking facilities not great
Good breakfast choices and we loved the charm and character of the hotel. Great location and an easy walk to the village
The bed seemed to slope down a little and the shower water pressure wasn't very strong
