Quiet and quaint
Pros:

The inn and its staff were just adorable. Everyone from reception staff to bar staff to breakfast staff were all friendly and welcoming.
The inn was impressively larger than I was expecting and felt like stepping into a moment locked in time. I loved it! Very close to village too.

Cons:

Minimal parking, but due to road layout that cannot be helped.

Would recommend the stay and go back if visiting the area again
Pros:

We felt welcome and the all the staff were very good, a nice buzzy atmosphere in the evenings and the food was above average

Cons:

Parking which is limited although we had no problem throughout our stay. Slightly outside further than I thought from Betws-y-Coed but still walkable

A great return to Snowdonia
Pros:

This was a delight and we thoughly enjoyed our time there. Only reason for not saying excellent for everything was the limitation on evening meals and bar closing. Love privately owned hotels and this was a delight. Thanks.

Lovely place to stay
Pros:

Lovely setting, beautiful room

Cons:

On the ground floor and could hear the person above us walking around, snoring and using the bathroom so couldn’t sleep that well but the bed was comfy

Gorgeous, cosy, historic inn to stay in after some long days in the hills.
Pros:

Gorgeous, historic and unique property. Lovely bar area to relax in. We didn't have dinner in the end but the food looked lovely. They had also just finished renovating a 'secret garden' which was gorgeous!

Cons:

Bit dated in places but it's traditional!

Pros:

Good breakfast choices and we loved the charm and character of the hotel. Great location and an easy walk to the village
