Unfortunately, the main issue was the location of our room. It was literally situated in the middle of the restaurant area, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Every time we wanted to enter or leave the room, we had to walk through people who were eating, which felt awkward and gave us very little privacy.

We also couldn’t really open the windows because they were at the same level as the restaurant tables. People sitting or standing nearby could easily see directly inside the room, so we had to keep the windows and curtains closed most of the time.

Another major inconvenience was the noise. The restaurant stays open until midnight, and we could clearly hear people talking, music, dishes and plates being handled. After a long and tiring day exploring Chefchaouen, it was very difficult to relax or sleep before the restaurant closed.

Internet access was also a problem. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak, and we could barely get any cellular signal inside the room either.

Finally, the accommodation had two bedrooms but only one bathroom, which was located inside one of the bedrooms. This meant that anyone staying in the other bedroom had to enter the first bedroom to use the bathroom, including during the night. This was quite inconvenient and uncomfortable in terms of privacy, especially when travelling as a group. On top of that, the bathroom door could not be properly closed because the lock was broken.

One additional point to mention is the parking situation. Although this is not directly the hotel’s responsibility, it had a negative impact on our overall experience. Finding a parking space nearby was extremely difficult. The surrounding streets are very narrow and crowded with cars, and parking can quickly become a real headache.

The parking attendant in the area was also quite unpleasant, and the parking fees felt expensive compared with other places we visited during our trip.

Nos dieron una habitación en medio del restaurante no se podía abrir la ventana porque la gente tenía las mesas pegadas a las ventanas y te veían la habitación parecía una cueva caliente sin ventilación, por la mañana descubrimos la habitación llena de bichos, tuvimos que lavar toda la ropa de la maleta ya que nos picaba todo el cuerpo al quejarnos lo único que recibimos fueron unas simples disculpas. No lo recomiendo para nada

And to be honest, staffs were nice.
