According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Café da manhã era bom e a equipe bem atenciosa.
O hotel tem classificação 5 estrelas, que corresponde às instalações da recepção e do restaurante, mas os quartos (estive em dois) não merecem essa classificação.
- Um funcionário da recepção precisa de treinamento - me entregou capachos de banheiro, ao invés de toalhas de banho e rosto. Tive que pedir porque o quarto tinha somente um jogo de toalhas.
- Tive que trocar de quarto logo ao chegar porque as 2 tomadas existentes estavam com defeito (uma solta, com os fios expostos e a outra "cuspia" o carregador do celular).
- A higiene estava deficiente, muita poeira nos móveis e sujeira antiga encrostada no box e azulejos. Ao abrir a janela, encontrei uma latinha de refrigerante sobre o ar-condicionado, ou seja, a faxina foi feita de janela fechada. Se a lata caísse e atingisse alguém, causaria um ferimento sério, pois era o 10º andar.
- Comodidades: havia dispensers de sabonete, shampoo e condicionador, porém, sem sabonete.
- Conservação: o suporte dentro do box está se desmontando, faltando o acabamento; o espelho do banheiro enferrujado; acabamento do registro estava solto, os metais da pia oxidados; o sifão da pia aparecendo e bem sujo; o suporte de papel higiênico quase caindo; o acesso ao forro desencaixado.
