Acolhedora. Eu estava com muito medo e a mulher que me atendeu me deixou segura e foi muito compreensiva.

Atendimento excelente. Pessoas acolhedoras e gentis.

Cons:

Cheguei junto com uma forte tempestade e a energia de metade da cidade acabou, e infelizmente o Hotel também foi atingido com a falta de energia
