Looks nice but not great for a long term family stay
Pros:

It’s pretty.

Cons:

- pool is overload with chlorine
- gas smell from the broken cooker
- no AC for living area on the 2 bed unit; and the couch where the fan was; had no real back support; it was a mattress that kept falling backward and very uncomfortable
- no table to sit at to eat meals or work from
- the bedrooms are not configured correctly - the lifts and plugs are opposite to the beds
- no cupboards or shelves for clothes
- 500m sand road to get bags and surfboards from the main road; only accessible via scooter (may or may not be a problem)

Pros:

Everything it was incredible. Staff especially Ven Was so incredible. Everything so clean and tidy and so comfortable! We loved it here so much we booked it twice and left our new accom back to hygge.

The accommodation is hands down good, if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful. But the road is narrow.
Pros:

Good location, very serene and near to most of the must-sees in General Luna.

Cons:

The road going there is narrow but manageable. Currently the adjacent accommodations are doing expansions or renovations.

A very cozy place for small families!basically kitchen that helps a lot to buy some staff for breakfast at the place!with all minor issues this please is 100% recommended and will for sure stay again if we comeback to siargao.

Pros:

Ein wunderschöne, saubere Unterkunft.
Mit dem Roller ist alles super zu erreichen.
Man kann vor Ort Roller mieten.
Und Ben, der Manager hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht!
Bei allen Wünschen sind sie uns entgegengekommen.
Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Got robbed
Pros:

The staff was good.

We were literally robbed there and the owner was at no point supportive. So much better places to go in siargao.

It is not what i have expected, what with the price that we had paid.
Pros:

Nothing. This place is not PWD friendly. Stairs does not have a handrail, the bed is so low. The road going to the property is flooded. The swimming pool don’t have handrail and steps

Cons:

The road leading to the property is flooded and muddy. At Nighttime so dark and no street light. The day we flew in, it was raining hard and they don’t even have umbrella for us to use.

Not what we expected
Pros:

Lovely team, great location and looks pretty from the outside

Cons:

Incredibly dark as doesn’t get much sun, and often had bugs and lizards falling from the rafters. We had expected to be able to use the pool but that is also not in the sun and surrounded by the other huts so not very easy to hop into and use. The air conditioning unit is directly above the bed which makes for a very drafty night (we got sick twice) and minimal ventilation to the downstairs.

Cama con bichos que picaban la espalda. Sofas sucios y tambien con paparras. Ducha muy incomoda. Limpieza regulera. Y sobretodo, nos tubieron 2 dias sin electricidad ni ac ni agua

Pros:

La struttura era carina, su due piani e con la possibilità di lavanderia. Hai la possibilità di affittare direttamente da loro lo scooter. Tess era sempre molto disponibile soprattutto telefonicamente. Ven accogliente e disponibile.

Cons:

Partiamo dal bagno. Il WC non scaricava ed era necessario utilizzare una bacinella d’acqua per aiutare il flusso. La doccia era scoperta, per cui tutto il bagno rischiava ogni volta di bagnarsi e quindi di sporcarsi. Non è prevista una pulizia giornaliera. Non essendo direttamente sulla strada, in caso di pioggia si fa molta difficoltà a raggiungere a piedi la struttura (sono caduto un paio di volte nel fango). In generale, ciò che si vede in foto non rispecchia lo stato effettivo della struttura. Prezzo giusto se avesse quanto meno il minimo indispensabile per stare puliti e avere comfort primari.
