Pros:

L'extérieur, le décor, la piscine et la vue du dehors sur les collines. Le bar extérieur.
La climatisation. Petit déjeuner correct (devrait être inclus à ce prix)

Cons:

Acceuil froid. Chambre très petite sans aucune vue pour 150€ la nuitée. Porte de la salle de bain en verre branlante dangereux.

Cons:

On nous demande de réserver les transats mais lorsque nous arrivons les transats sont occupés.
Toilette qui fuit ainsi que le flexible de douche.
Au restaurant le plat est prévu avec des frites et on nous sert un gratin dauphinois et au moment de payer on demande un supplément !!!

Très bel endroit à découvrir !
Pros:

L’accueil de la propriétaire a vraiment été très sympathique, elle était souriante, accueillante et très flexible sur les horaires, vraiment super!
La piscine est très agréable, petite musique d’ambiance au top, cadre très joli.

Cons:

Le service au restaurant et à la piscine était sympathique mais un peu aléatoire et manquait de rigueur.

Pros:

La chambre deluxe était top, confortable avec un balcon qui donnait sur une belle vue.
Le personnel était très sympathique.
L’espace piscine très agréable, c’est un plus.

Cons:

Petit bémol pour le coin piscine. La piscine est également accessible aux personnes extérieures donc on peut être vite nombreux mais dans l’ensemble très bien

Peut mieux faire
Pros:

Etablissement idéalement situé, parking assez grand pour ne pas avoir à chercher une place, pas de bruit de circulation. Grande chambre climatisée, refaite à neuf récemment, et literie très confortable. Le restaurant sert de très bons produits et la jeune Anaïs a été très agréable et professionnelle. Les membres du personnels sont tous très souriants, polis et agréables.

Cons:

Il y a 2 affiches à la porte de la réception : 1e : sonnez et attendez 2e : sonnez et entrez. On ne sait que faire. Le petit déjeuner, servi jusqu'à 10h30 le week end, est composé de pâtisseries individuelles industrielles et emballées (pancakes, madeleines) croissants industriels, pas ou peu de fait maison et si vous arrivez après 10h il n'y a plus de pain (pas de réassort). Nous avons trouvé qu'à 15 euros par petit déjeuner, c'était un peu léger.
Il y a eu un petit couac quand nous sommes allés nous détendre à la piscine (par ailleurs très agréable) et que nous avons pris des chaises longues avec matelas et parasol. Quand nous sommes repartis de la piscine pour aller boire un verre sur la terrasse du restaurant, 2 membres du personnel nous on demandé de payer la location des transats. Nous sommes tombés des nues, rien n'était indiqué à ce sujet. Finalement un autre membre du personnel nous a dit que non pas de problème "ils gardent quelques transats pour les clients de l'hôtel" ouf ! mais enfin avec un hôtel de 20 chambres donc plus ou moins 20 à 40 clients potentiels (ou plus), ils devraient plutôt garder quelques transats pour les personnes extérieures.
La possibilité de charge des véhicules électriques est très mal expliquée (par contre le tarif on l'a bien entendu, deux fois, des fois qu'on n'ait pas compris la 1ère), il ne suffit pas de se brancher comme expliqué en premier, mais il faut bien passer une carte de recharge (conservée par 1 autre membre du personnel, il faut vous même aller le chercher), comme partout.
Nous avions l'habitude de séjourner dans le Luberon plutôt en chambre d'hôte, nous avions décidé de changer : on n'aurait pas dû

Good location and pool

Cons:

We arrived after a long day, staff seemed distracted and a bit disorganised. Staff not great in restaurant, seemed hurried and impatient , breakfast very poor- plastic wrapped pastries in France?? No-one around at breakfast apart from 1 overworked lady trying to stock up breakfast buffet and clean rooms, so spent 10 mins trying to find her to get our water bottles, not her fault and she was helpful, but need more staff around at that busy time. Felt as guests we were a nuisance to the staff rather than being looked after. We wouldn’t recommend and won’t be staying again. The most friendly people were the other guests we chatted to and let in to the breakfast room when they were
locked out!
