Pros:

Excellent hotel. Very good location. Beautiful room. Nice swimming pool. Helpful staff. Very good food - typical Spanish dishes, many vegetables and fruits, delicuous desserts.

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Umgebung und ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Es gab jeden Morgen und abends frisches Essen am Grill.

Cons:

Leider funktionierte das Wi-Fi eine Woche nicht. Es gab kaum Animation anders als erwartet. Der Boden des Zimmers war nicht sauber mit Sand und Krümeln seit dem ersten Tag. Das Personal war nicht immer freundlich und nicht sehr hilfsbereit. Leider sehr teuer, für dass die Qualität nicht dementsprechend war.

Resort prima maar personeel bij receptie drama
Pros:

Accommodatie was prima en schoon dat we uiteindelijk in t huisje zaten, maar de receptie moeten ze gelijk ontslaan.

Cons:

Ontvangst en receptie personeel, zeer arrogant en onbeschoft zoals we behandeld werden. Ik zou de manager wel eens willen spreken hierover. Bedroevend zoals ze met meerdere gasten die veel te laat hun kamer uiteindelijk kregen, om werd gegaan. Ik stond op t punt elders wat te boeken en deze reservering te annuleren.
Ik heb 3 x gevraagd voor vervroegde incheck per mail via Booking, hierop waren de antwoorden al bedroefd, bij aankomst nogmaals gevraagd en tegen betaling was ik bereid om dit ook te betalen. Maar tot 15.00 uur was steeds het antwoord. Om 15.00 uur waren de kamers nog niet klaar en de gehele lobby stond vol mensen die naar hun verblijf wilde. Uiteindelijk naar een uur kregen we op aandringen van annulering een huisje. En ook nog met een arrogante blik dat wij t probleem waren. Mooi resort maar hierom zeer negatief advies om heen te gaan, dit boek ik nooit meer.

Good hotel buts needs improvement
Pros:

Big hotel nice pools and restaurant

Cons:

Staff rude very unhelpful
WiFi first 2 days didn’t work and when it did wasn’t very good you would expect a 4 star hotel to have better services
Asked to move rooms twice to different areas so I could use my mobile data but was fobbed off

Prima accomodatie voor gezinnen. Vriendelijk personeel en goede locatie.

- netheid van schoonmaken
- netheid van wc’s

Cons:

- WIFI was niet optimaal
- Snacks eenzijdig. Elke dag een crepe of hotdog
- Bedjes bij het zwembad waren vaak altijd bezet terwijl mensen niet kwamen opdagen. Hotel kon hier niet veel aan doen, maar kan wel hiervoor een beter systeem bedenken

3* hotel at best and a Bluetooth speaker for entertainment if you’re lucky!
Pros:

Good air conditioning in the room and a decent shower.

Room cleaned 6x a week which is good.

Not a bad supermarket on site.

Cons:

The word “Entertainment” should not be acquainted to this hotel as it doesn’t exist. UK families with young children are better off at Haven or to book a holiday village if deciding to go abroad.

Very happy I didn’t pay for all inclusive because the food quality and lack of choice was below average. I thought I’d give it a chance and try the food, only to be charged an eye watering €48 for 2 adults! When I booked via Booking.com it stated €12 pp on their website!

Niveau de service vraiment catastrophique
Pros:

La facilité pour se garer, la chambre était spacieuse avec une petite terrasse.

Cons:

La terrasse donnait sur le restaurant donc beaucoup de bruit le soir. Le niveau de service du personnel : les réceptionniste nous tendent la clef de la bagagerie en nous indiquant où la trouver sans se déplacer avec nous (du jamais vu) j’ai quand même voyagé dans plus de 30 pays c’est la première fois que je voyais un niveau de service aussi bas.
Il y avait beaucoup d’enfants anglais qui étaient très irrespectueux, et agités. Le maître nageur avait du mal à les gérer.
Les gens mettaient leur serviettes sur les transat pour les réserver des 8h du matin puis partaient faire leur journée ailleurs. Mauvaise gestion de la répartition des transats.
Caution de 10€ en ESPÈCES pour les serviettes de piscine, pour retirer leur distributeur à des frais de 4€ par retrait! Check in pas avant 15h aucune exception même si des chambres étaient déjà prête! Mais ça ça a l’air d’être un truc de chez eux dans toute l’île, pas comme en France où on vous donnera une chambre dès qu’elle est prête même si il est midi!
Au Check in aucune explications sur les horaires de la piscine, restaurant, petit déjeuner, Check out, wifi.. il faut tout deviner sois même!
