Wunderschönes Hotel, tolles Zimmer mit modernem Bad und Dusche (die manchmal etwas braucht, um auf Temperatur zu kommen, aber immer tip-top arbeitet!), wunderbares Bett, liebe Inhaberin und Mitarbeiter, tolles Frühstück, süßer Hotelhund

Man ist schnell im wunderschönen Zentrum von Puerto Varas und ist in einer sich sehr sicher und gut anfühlenden Gegend.

La atención fue muy amable. La ubicación para ir sin auto es buena, con auto no lo recomiendo ya que no tiene estacionamiento y hay una escuela enfrente que tiene ocupada toda la disponibilidad de estacionamiento de la calle.

Cons:

Creo que más que hotel es una hostería, parecía bastante más grande en las fotos. La habitación era pequeña, daba a un patio trasero en el que pasaba gente trabajando en reformas por lo que tuvimos que mantener la cortina baja y no entraba luz natural prácticamente. También quedaba a 5 pasos de la recepción, se escuchaba todo (pasos, voces, pasos del piso superior).
El resto estuvo todo bien.
